Reese Vision Care is amazing! The staff is super friendly and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. They took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and made sure everything fit just right. You can really tell they care about their patients and love what they do. Great service, beautiful eyewear, and a team that goes above and beyond -- highly recommend!

I have been going to Reeses Vision for years, Picked up my last tested glasses from them November 2025, Costing me over $500 They did not let me fit it , they just handed the glasses to me as I entered. When I got home, I realized it was too big and kept falling off my face . I took it back several times within the first two weeks and they said they could do nothing. I could not keep wearing the glasses so now three months later in January 2026 and I have to get new glasses elsewhere. shame on them. I asked for the manager and I've not been allowed to speak with her. Is there anywhere I can get redress? Hope the manager will definitely see this post since it might be the only way to get her attention

I was personally referred to Dr. Melanie Reese and have since gotten my eyes tested there twice. Dr. Reese is very pleasant as well as her staff. The office is clean and the equipment well maintained and comfortable. They have alot of frames to choose from as well, and the adjusted mine in the office. I will continue to go there for the foreseeable future.

Absolutely LOVED my experience here as a first time patient. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I haven't had an eye exam in 10 years. I've already recommended everyone I know to come at least get an eye exam! Thank you Dr. Reese and staff!

Very friendly staff, and Dr. Been going here for some time. Will continue to do so. Dr. Reese is also responsible for saving my dad's vision. Would recommend.

I have been wearing glasses since the age of 11, am now in my 70's. This is the most depressing experience I have been exposed to with an optometrist; the "doctor" is unprofessional. After she called me into the funky room, she gestured for me to sit, then she asked for my d.o.b. and why was I there - I immediately asked her if she is the doctor, she replied affirmatively and performed a mediocre "test". I showed her a problem that I have with my eyelid: asked for medication, she said that she couldn't help me, after my insistence, she agreed to prescribe something or the other; her assistant promised to call in same but never did. What a disappointment this "doctor". She has a dirty chip on her shoulders of which I am not responsible for! Get it together missy, congeniality, respect & such, goes a long way.

Buyer beware: if your lenses scratch within months, don't expect a replacement here unless you've paid $ extra for insurance. And even if you pay extra for scratch resistance which I did! This review is about the optical purchase, not the doctor. My glasses were less than 1 1/2 months old when a lens scratched, and I was told I did not pay for insurance coverage. Most lens companies replace at least one pair under their own warranty, but here you're expected to pay $200 extra for insurance. After being a loyal patient for years, I'll be going elsewhere for glasses. I was told you just need to purchase new lenses again! Went to two different eye glass stores to find out that they both would have replaced for me.

Reese vision team is very friendly. They get you in and out. Dr.Mellanie is very knowledgeable and take time to explain any questions you may have. I will definitely recommend Reese Vision.
