Had an amazing experience at Optical City with Dr. Lurie! Got fitted for contacts and a new glasses prescription! Learned some key info about the health of my eyes as well. Good to know I've found a place I can rely on

I recently had an excellent experience at Optical City. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They took the time to provide me with detailed information about my vision needs and guided me through the best options available for my prescription. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable they were about the different products. They helped me understand what would work best for me, and I appreciated their honesty and expertise. Plus, the deals they offered were fantastic--affordable pricing without compromising quality! I also want to highlight how quickly I received my contact lenses. The entire process was smooth and efficient, which made my experience even better. I highly recommend Optical City to anyone in need of optical services. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I'm surprised they are still open! The customer is NOT their first concern. They are quick,not helpful and mostly concerned about the " money" then their service.. I have dealt with them a few times and am very unhappy.. I am also surprised that a business can run like that and it seems they have good reviews?

Would have gave them 5 stars if they had called me to pick up my glasses as promised.

Dr. Lurie was the absolute best! He was able to squeeze me in at the earliest convenience. He explained everything and anything about my eyes and what was being done. Highly recommend 100/10. You won't be disappointed

I can wholeheartedly recommend this office. I had put off a checkup because my last experience was so bad - an optometrist whose only interest was selling me glasses even though I could see no difference when looking through the recommended lenses. Optical City was an entirely different experience. Dr. Laurie was professional and caring; I especially appreciated his patience and his explanation of what each test was intended to measure and what my results meant. I left entirely satisfied with the experience.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I called to make an appointment and during the call I expressed I wanted to get an exam. I also asked the assistant if I would be able to receive my prescription for my glasses and contacts. She confirmed that I would. The day of my appointment, the doctor called me to the back and immediately began prepping me on the sale he was running for glasses and contacts before doing my exam. I expressed that the reason for my visit was for an updated exam and prescription for both glasses and contacts. He politely ignored and said we would talk more after the exam. After the exam was complete he began to tell me about his sale, again. I was interested in the contacts although they seemed overly priced I was fine with buying from a local location. He then explained to me that I would have to wear his contacts for a week or so then come back for another visit, take another exam for an update, then he "might" be able to discover my prescription. After wearing contacts for 20 years I had never heard of that before. Long story short, he refused me my prescription for both my glasses and contacts. I explained to him that when I made the appointment I was told I would be able to retrieve my prescriptions. He simply told me that everyone in his office is not properly trained to give the correct answers over the phone. Therefore he used one of my visits through my insurance and I walked out with nothing. I can not believe businesses are allowed to SCAM patients and stay in business. I highly recommend you DO NOT receive service at this location!

A wonderful experience! I decided to check out Optical City based on the good reviews and I was pleasantly surprised. Jair was super patient and helped me so much in selecting frames I liked. Clive was also extremely helpful. I got my prescription from a different place and I was still having some problems seeing from my new glasses. Clive helped me figure out the problem and even wrote a note for me to take back to my optometrist to adjust the prescription. They have a great selection of frames, reasonable prices and a superb staff. All in all Optical City is a wonderful place and I highly recommend!!!
