Daniella was very helpful with my father who only speaks Spanish. She really listened and wasn't judgmental at all when it came down to details and explanations when he picked up his glasses. Amazing team all around, I will be coming back!

From the moment I entered the store, I received excellent customer service ... that is, until it was time to order new glasses. That's when I was introduced to Joli, who is on a whole other level. To say she provided exceptional service in every aspect seems like an understatement. With that being said, she absolutely is an asset at this store location!

Dr Mamphey will be my eye doctor for now on and this location will forever be home. Doc and all staff (especially Yanna) was incredible! I promise you won't regret making this America's Best your eye home! Updating after yet another great experience! I promise this location will not disappoint you! All staff is fabulous and always so helpful no matter the time of day!

This was an astonishingly unprofessional experience. A routine eye appointment turned into an hour-and-a-half ordeal due to this office's complete inability to correctly process my insurance. I was told I was "covered," then later asked to pay for the exam and over $300 out of pocket--with no clear explanation. Two employees failed to resolve the issue, and one even turned her computer screen toward me as if I were expected to fix problems in their system. I am a patient, not staff. I was also told that two pairs of glasses I chose would not work for my prescription, yet no alternatives or guidance were offered. To make matters worse, I was told this would be escalated to the general manager, but nearly a week later I have received no follow-up. I left with no contacts, no glasses, and no resolution. This was easily the worst experience I've had at an eye doctor and a clear failure of professionalism and customer care.

Joli made our visit so wonderful this evening! She went above and beyond with helping me decide which lenses to get and helping me pick out which color shades for my sunglasses! She was very knowledgeable and so sweet! Customer service like that is so hard to come by these days. I really appreciated her kindness! Thank you Joli!!

Amy was spectacular..... I walked in and she offered immediately to help me decipher my insurance coverage. That made things so much easier to understand. She explained what my possible rates might be and offered to update my RX as my insurance offers coverage for that too. They got me in immediately and I was out the door in less than 40 minutes. She is extra knowledgeable and I felt comfortable placing an order.

We Walked in today to get my daughter some new glasses. Joli helped us and I cannot rave enough about her. Her pleasant demeanor and upbeat personality was exactly what we needed today. She was so helpful in assisting my daughter with picking out new frames and making sure we got the best deal! Highly recommend Joli. She's a breath of fresh air. Thank you

Came in looking for a couple progressive lense eyeglasses. All of their eyglasses advertised were priced at $195 to $295 for two pair of progressive lense with an exam. I did not need an exam as I brought in a valid prescription. The price for my two glasses with NO EXTRAS, no protection, no special coatings, etc, war $407!! Who the heck do we get there? Wow. I used Americas Best for many years in the past, but they certainly are NOT America's best anymore!
