We started out several years ago connecting with Maxim Eyes as my son needed very specialized glasses that only a few select Vision centers even carry. I used to go to a different place for my exams and for my kids eye exams also. I used to go mostly to a 'big box store' vision center and the service was only 'just so'. Not bad necessarily, but definitely not '5 Star'. Due to the courtesy we'd received with the special glasses I realized, "Why don't I just come here to Maxim Eyes instead of the same old same old?" I called and made my exam appointment a year ago, and from the initial phone call through the entire experience I have to say that I've never experienced such amazing service anywhere else ever! My wife AND my kids have all now been coming to Maxim Eyes for exams and glasses and this is OUR family's place for eye care needs. No turning back! Dr Pauline Thai is AMAZING! I've had eye exams all my life and been to many optometrists/vision centers. I've experienced a few eye doctors that have been very good, but Dr. Thai is by FAR the best! She is always cheerful, genuinely interested in me as a patient, and each time I visit she takes the time to listen to me, and fully answer all my questions. She makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Her level of care is paramount and I know my family and I are in the best of hands. The staff and owners of Maxim Eyes are ALL amazing! Dolcy is the owner and she has such a heart for the community and the people she provides a service to. You can tell her approach to patient care and service is priority number one, and that style and level of service filters down through her entire team! You can see and experience that they all love working there - what a pleasant and professional atmosphere! David, Luis, Keith and the rest of the team have always been so cheerful and kind and you feel like you're a real person here - never just 'another customer' - but a valued person and valued customer. This level of service is unique - thank you Maxim Eyes for making mine and my family's vision needs smooth and pleasant. Not found everywhere. I used to think getting my eyes checked and choosing glasses/contacts was a mundane necessity. But Maxim Eyes makes this part of my life enjoyable and easy. What a breath of fresh air! I have no hesitation recommending Maxim Eyes for you and your family!

Hands down the best place to have your eyes examined. Staff is friendly and David is the best I have ever had at the pre-exam machines. I've always hated that "puff" eye pressure test. He makes it so easy and relaxed. Dr. Kirkland is amazing as well. I have been seeing her for years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. All of my family uses Maximeyes and love it as well. Prices are good and the selection of eyewear for the whole family is great. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best eye center I've ever been to. This is one appointment I always look forward to making! David is THE BEST when it comes to the machine that blows the puff of air in your eye and all the other diagnostics. (My least favorite activity, but always pleasant with David!) Dr. Thai is amazingly sweet. She is so patient with the kids and very easy to talk to. I am so glad our insurance sent us her way! Luis and Keith are the masters of eyewear. Maxim has the best selection of frames from so many different brands. I am a sucker for purple frames and I swear they have so many options that picking frames is one of the hardest decisions I make each year. I absolutely love this eye center and the family environment that you are surrounded with each time you step through the doors. They even walk you to the door as you leave. Love this place!

MaximEyes Optical gave me a fantastic experience from start to finish. The place is spotless, and the level of care shows in every detail. David, the optical tech, was friendly, funny, and very professional during my testing. Dr. Thai was thorough and took all the time I needed to answer my questions. The owner helped me choose and fit my glasses--she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. And the little touches mattered: my station had a sign with my name on it, and that was my spot for the entire visit (except during exams). It made everything feel personal and seamless. Highly recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews but This place is amazing. The staff is way friendlier than any other place I've gone to get my glasses done. David did an amazing job and was very kind when they tested my eyes and did even more amazing with my 5 year old when we brought her in and Louis was amazing and very helpful helping us pick out glasses for both me and my daughter. And Dr Thai was the BEST eye dr I have ever had. If I could give this place more that 5 stars i definitely would. My daughter doenst like going anywhere lately but she was so excited that we were coming back here today so she could see the staff again that's how friendly they were.

On 12/29/25, I was searching online for an eyeglass store near me when Maximeyes Optical caught my attention. With a 4.9 rating from 628 reviews, it was very impressive, so I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in around 12:00 PM, I could tell this place was different. The store is neat, clean, and modern. At the front desk, Cynthia greeted me warmly. I explained that I didn't have an appointment but was hoping to get an eye exam and order glasses the same day. She kindly checked with the doctor and invited me to a waiting room while she looked for an opening. To my pleasant surprise, everything moved very efficiently. By 1:25 PM, my eyes had been measured, examined, and I had already received my vision report. David was excellent at measuring eye pressure--very gentle and attentive, especially when helping me sit down and get up from the chair. Keith assisted me with selecting frames(I eventually used my own frame) and lenses; he was extremely patient and explained all the options clearly and thoroughly. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed by their attention to detail. Each customer was assigned a sanitized table with a tag indicating it had been cleaned and for which customer, that made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. This place truly stands out from any other optical store I've visited. It definitely makes me want to come back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff! Happy New Year!

Maxim Eyes is great!! Customer service is fantastic. David is especially helpful with assisting customers pick out new frames, putting you at ease for the eye pictures and "puff" machine, and most importantly keeping a smile on your face! The gentleman that helped finalize our purchase was so friendly and helped us to decide on the best features we needed for our new glasses. Dr. Thai is exactly what you would want in an eye doctor- professional, knowledge, and very personable. I highly recommend Maxim Eyes!

I have gone to this family owned business for many years. They are personable, helpful and go the extra mile. I love Dr Pierce who is very knowledgeable and honest. David goes above and beyond to help you and provides excellent customer service and satisfaction. If you want A+ service in a clean, comfortable environment this is the place for you!
