Today was our first visit with Dr. Stephanie Kirkland.. I was so very impressed with the entire Office. She went into great detail to explain everything with my eye exam. Thank you, Dr. Kirkland. Next I want say that a very enthusiastic man introduced himself as David as we entered the office . He was very accommodating making us feel comfortable. He explained the process of what we were going to be doing during our time there. He had a great eye for style and explained how glasses needed to look and feel. We were seated at a table with a very nice sign letting us know our table was clean and had our name on it. We were introduced to Keith who I had the pleasure of speaking with a few times over the phone making the appt as well as confirming the appt date and I can say he had the most pleasant voice over the phone. in the office Keith covered the insurance as well as measured and helped with picking out the glasses.
