I had such a Great experience today at EyeSite in Magnolia Plaza in The Villages FL.
Dr. Paul Collins was very personable and helpful. He answered all of my questions with a smile.
I would also like to make mention about his staff. Margarita who was working the front desk was very kind and while I was waiting to go back and see the doctor, I witnessed an act of kindness from her as she helped walk a woman to her car who was having a little trouble walking. She was also very kind to me.
Meagan who was the optician answered all my questions and helped me look at frames. She also explained to me how bifocal contacts differ from mono vision lenses. She was very helpful and it truly impressed me.
I will definitely go back to EyeSite again!!

I went to this business looking to replace a lost screw for my Oakley sunglasses. Rachael was very accommodating. She not only found one in her "weird screws" drawer, but installed it at no charge even though I am not a client. She even included a small bottle of cleaner and a cloth. Thank you, Rachael!

I walked in with a pair of damaged glasses after traveling into town on vacation, expecting a long wait or to be told they couldn't be fixed -- but I was genuinely impressed by the service I received. Rachael was the one who helped me, and she was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, she had a warm, can-do attitude that instantly made me feel confident my glasses were in good hands.
Not only did she repair the damage quickly and efficiently, but she also noticed that the nose pieces were completely worn out and offered to replace them on the spot. The difference in comfort was incredible -- I hadn't even realized how badly they needed replacing until she took care of it!
Rachael was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right. It's rare to find someone who combines skill with such a positive attitude. Highly recommend this place -- and if you get Rachael, you're in for top-notch service!
