Not the best experience to start. I was recommended by my Dr to this place and heard nothing but good things. Well, a few weeks back I called to set up an appointment and the phone rang several times and no answer. I figured they were closed. I left a message and my information for someone to call me back but never received a call. Two weeks ago I tried again and again no answer. I left a second message for a return call and no one ever did. So I finally got someone on the phone today and tried to set up service. A lady answered and I let her know I wanted to set up service. She asked me what type insurance I had. I was not sure. Before I could ask her where it was on my card she placed me on hold. I was on hold for 9 minutes and drove to the office still on hold. To my surprise when I got there, thinking it was extremely busy, there was one patient waiting in the waiting area and no one at the counter and one person behind the counter laughing about something. Mind you I'm still on hold. I explained that I had just called and was still on hold and all she did was ask for my Insurance card and offered no apology or even acknowledge that that was bad customer service. I was very surprised considering the good things I had heard. Debating now if I should even go back or just find a place with better customer service.

Dr Bailey is the most kind and concerned dr I've ever been to.had it not been for him I'd probably be blind today.
