Had to wait approximately an hour to be seen after obtaining an eye exam appointment and showing up on time for a morning appointment due to limited staff. They only offer virtual eye exams (essentially a zoom call with an optician at another location), and after paying for one, I can't see out of my glasses using the prescription I was given. Would not recommend.

It was my first visit to the office. The technician(s) were nice and very helpful. The doctor was very nice even though they were on a Teledoc. I felt relieved when I found out what was going on with my vision. A weight was lifted off my shoulders. Now waiting for my prescription glasses. I'm hopeful that when I get my new glasses, I can start to read again and do my easy crosswords without squinting. Will use them again.

Absolutely the worst slowest service ever. Waited a MONTH for my husband to get his prescription safety glasses,after being told it would be 2 weeks. Then FINALLY we get the call it's ready for pickup the next day and we drive all the way here just for them to be closed for a WEEK for easter?! Ridiculous. 10/10 do not recommend.
