The Eye Place

We live about an hour away and they apparently called me a day or two prior to confirm the appointments that I previously set. I didn't see their call due to my phone Spam blocking and Found out after driving all the way out there that both of my children's appointments were cancelled for that day. The receptionist went out of her way to contact as many people as she could to see if anybody wasn't going to make it and allow us their time slot. When we did have our appointment the staff was great. They were helpful thorough and helped me to better understand what was going on with my children's eyesight and how to help it.

We saw Dr. Halloway this morning and was so very thankful for his patients and kindness with out 8 year old non verbal, speical needs son. Its so hard to take our son to any appointment due to his behavior and Dr. Holloway was understanding and kind. Our wait time was under 10 mins and his staff was very friendly as well. So very thankful for the care we received for our son today.

We've had a wonderful experience with this eye doctor for my 15-year-old! The staff was kind, professional, and made her feel important. She was seen quickly, and the process was smooth from booking the appointment to follow-up. We're picking up her new glasses today and couldn't be more excited!

My whole family and I have been visiting Dr. Holloway for about three years. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions you may have. He is very kind and treats my nonverbal autistic son with great patience and professionalism. All the staff are very friendly and communication is excellent. I highly recommend him!

Worst place everrrrrrr!!!!! I'm never going back again.... Asked for an excuse note for my kids school and was told NO!!! I checked out my kids from school to drive from Dalton to Calhoun to pick up their glasses and have them fitted to their liking. Also had issues with them about prices on glasses. I've been to eye doctors before and had bought glasses and the way this place does it is wayyy different! At my doctors office they have patient sit down and try on their glasses and measure. making sure they fit right. So many things that I didn't like about them. If I could I would not even give them a star at all!

Me and my family love is our place. We have been going to them since Mr Larry Davis rest in peace I recommend this eye doctor 10 out of 10 to anyone always feel at home my daughter always feels welcomed and we love them through and through

I got stuck at work and tried to call but couldn't get an answer. We were 2 mins past the 15 minute window. Not only would they not see my child, after I kept her out of school, but I had to pay a $25 fee. The woman at the window was very rude about it.

Maybe they just need someone to show them some care and love. True love. Jesus Christ. Open their hearts and draw them Lord. The reveiws are absolutely true. They do have a condescending attitude, like they're being bothered by customers who by which they have a job. Will pray fervently for them.
