The people working here are amazing individuals. And Dr. Burnett really listens to you when you speak even if you forget to mention something in the beginning. Her process is extremely gentle, caring, and versatile. Definitely worth the trip and effort if your looking for people who care. And thank you to everyone there.

My scheduled appointment was canceled one day prior. The morning of the scheduled appointment, I received 2 texts notifying me of the appointment. Now I received a request for feedback on an appointment that didn't happen.
I was rescheduled for over 9weeks out. I would suggest that when appointments are canceled, those patients are worked in as soon as possible. Make a list of those patients to call if there are cancelations. The wait time would be reduced. I just feel this policy is unacceptable and unfair to the patient.

The best care ever is provided by this team. Dr. Burnett is a true content expert and is so very compassionate: She has provided my eye care for over 30 years. Every time I visit her I am reminded of the thoughtful care she provided my 95 year old grandfather! She put him completely at ease (no small task with an elder) and provided him wonderful eye care.

I have been completely satisfied with the services I received. I would recommend Atlanta Eye Consultants to anyone without reservation. My initial appointment with Dr. Burnett and every subsequent appointment has been an excellent experience. From signing in, throughout the visit to "Thank you, have a good day", the entire staff is personable and professional. Wait periods for scheduling appointments never seem to be very far out nor does the wait room ever appear overcrowded. I always get called back in less than ten minutes. Neither Dr. Burnett or Dr. Welks make me feel rushed at all while answering the many questions I generally ask. The confidence, extra information and ease they exhibit with their answers is comforting. Due to the possibility of negative side effects, the office samples help before spending my limited funds. That is so thoughtful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burnett for over 30 years. My children and late husband were patients. My recent visit on 5/14/24 was excellent. They have updated office, very impressive. I love Dr. Burnett's dedication taking time to review my test and charts. I'm just sad they are moving to new location but change is needed. I will continue my patronage as I value this provider.

I found out about Dr. Jettie Burnett back in 2019 when my mom had an emergency eye issue. I was so impressed with Dr. Burnett, I knew then I was changing from my ophthalmologist to her. Dr Burnett expertise and knowledge of my eye issues is superb. I felt reassured and very comfortable when I left. Besides that Dr Burnett is very personable, gentle, kind and patient. Also the staff is nice. The ophthalmic tech, Courtney is the best, she explains each test every step of the way. I highly recommend this office.
