I 've been to this eye place multiple times now. And the service is always impeccable. The doctor is very punctual and makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is also respectful and very helpful when it comes to picking out the right glasses.

I am so glad I walked into this facility! Mya is extremely welcoming. I was nervous being new to the eye glasses process! She was helpful and patient answering all my questions. My son was really interested in ringing the doorbell. Although it was unnecessary as she was already assisting us at the front desk, she encouraged him and let us know it was okay for him to ring it. Valerie was also extremely welcoming. During the process of my son picking out his frames she was patient and gentle with him. Valerie and Mya were attentive and even helped me pick out some frames for myself. My son is excited to go back and pick up his glasses! The facility is clean, organized, and smells nice! I HIGHLY recommend this team and their facility!

I always have a positive experience when I visit Dr. Leah McFerren. Her and the staff are courteous, professional and personable. I've tried other doctors but I always come back to her..You will not be disappointed!

I've recently visited the office for a new prescription. The staff was great. Kim who helped me pick out frames was patient, engaging and really helped me settle on not one, but two pairs that fit will and elevate my personal style. I'll be back.

The Eye Doctor Unlimited, office of Dr. Leah McFerrin, has been my choice for my teenage granddaughter's eye care for several years now. The staff takes excellent care of my teen.

The lady behind the desk was nice, but there's no organization as far as the displays of glasses, I had to step out of the front room in the middle of looking at frames becasue a lady needed the room for a customer.

I had a great experience at The Eye Doctor Unlimited. The front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a very good connection. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. White during my visit. Dr. White was thorough as she conducted my eye examination. I had all of the regular eye test that are required for eye health (visual acuity, refraction, visual field tests, slit lamp examination, tonometry, and dilated fundus exam). Dr. White was attentive as I shared some of my concerns. As she proceeded with the examination she explained step by step what she was doing. I was very pleased with my visit and results. I would definitely recommend you give them a try. They carry all name brand eye glasses and more. Lastly, they take most insurance. Happy Eye Health!
