Complete Family Eyecare and Optique

Had the good fortune of visiting Family EyeCare last week and wanted to share a quick review that does justice to how impressive this place truly is. The care itself was excellent... exactly what you hope for in a medical visit... but what set this clinic apart were the people. After checking in, I was greeted by Beau. He handled the preliminary testing with a level of confidence and ease you don't see every day. Friendly... knowledgeable... and so comfortable in that environment that it felt like he had practically grown up in the building. That kind of familiarity puts you at ease before you even realize it. After the exam, I worked with Elisabeth. This lady was exceptional. I'm picky when it comes to glasses and she treated that with patience instead of frustration. She encouraged me to take my time... offered thoughtful feedback... and stayed completely focused on helping me get exactly what I wanted. When we finally landed on the right pair, she double checked everything... the color... the finish... even the exact shape of the lenses. She's still making sure the final fit is perfect and I couldn't appreciate that more. I'll be coming back here without question... and I strongly recommend that anyone in the Cumming area do the same. This clinic is outstanding.

Great experience today at Complete Family Eyecare! From the ladies at the desk to Alexander who did my screening to Dr. Aljabi and finally Nicole who took time with me and gave honest, constructive feedback when selecting frames, lenses etc. everyone was friendly and very helpful. I've had an amazing experience at Complete Family Eye Care. Their customer service is truly amazing! Everyone is friendly, patient and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. My friend Dhriti, who works there recommended me to go and I've loved it ever since my first visit. The staff makes you feel comfortable and they take good care of their customers:) I would recommend this place to everyone looking for excellent eye care!

Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Dr Baylord is also a very friendly guy. He takes the time to explain what, why and how to address. It was more like a conversation than being told. Quite refreshing!

My first visit after 25 years with another vision care office was very impressive. Paperwork was easy to complete online, staff was professional and pleasant. The facility was clean and comfortable however, the decor was shabby-chic. Don't let that influence your perception of the excellent care and attention you receive while you're there. The equipment was new, clean and exactly the same as my old practice. The Dr was knowledgeable and thorough, expressed genuine concern that I was satisfied with my correction, and then gave me options on my brand and type of lens. The tech then gave me pricing on multiple brands and will price match a lens I choose. BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME. I am very impressed!

I can't say enough great things about Complete Family Eyecare & Optique. From start to finish, my visit was seamless and professional. The office is spotless, well organized, and there were no long wait times which is so rare these days. Dr. Krishan Bhima is phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and got to the root of the issue with a solution that was tailored to me. His bedside manner is kind, calm, and never rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their long term eye health. With his extensive background and years of experience in the Atlanta area, I felt completely confident in his care. Chris Jones, the office manager, is also a true standout. Her years of optical experience show in the way she communicates and supports both the team and the patients. She is knowledgeable, honest, approachable, and goes above and beyond to help you navigate your options. You feel like more than just a number here. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Cumming or North Atlanta area. It is rare to find a team that combines professionalism, warmth, and real expertise but this office does exactly that. I will definitely be returning and referring others.

This review is specifically for the Optician Melissa Gonzalez who helped me find a new pair of frames. I have a VERY hard time picking out frames for myself. I wasn't happy with the ones I had picked out before. Melissa was so nice and helpful! She took the time to go through many frames with me, give me her honest opinion, and helped narrow down to a final few. I ended up getting a pair of frames that I probably wouldn't have chosen myself, but I am loving these frames! Thank you Melissa!
