Went to get glasses, and was told I needed progressives. Pick the. Up near vision perfect, idle perfect, far blurry as can be. Was told I had to get used to it. Went back three weeks later told them still blurry, makes me dizzy, gives me headaches. They weren't nice that I didn't make an appointment, at first said I had to come back. Dr. Said she'd "squeeze" me in . Took 10 minutes , told me nothing she could do, and to not wear them when I needed to see far away. WHAT? Need to drive, work, etc. Awful and won't go back. Acted as if I was wasting their time!

Doctors are great - always helpful and explain key details. LensCrafters workers are of no help. 2 or 3 standing around doing nothing. Taking calls and helping people on the phone in the middle of helping me and when they have the chance to help they make you sit and wait for someone else while standing at the counter - no EQ whatsoever.

Love this office. Staff is kind, and organized. Providers are always sure to ask if you have any questions or concerns beyond their findings during the exam. Examination rooms are clean and tidy. I appreciate the office having the retina scan and coordinating lenses needed with the frames desired at LensCrafters who have many options. Staff also honored my online coupon code. Overall never had any issues in this place - with some sales personnel better than other - overall I recommend this place for ur eye checkup. Coming to the frames and glasses may be expensive but if u want style and don't mind paying money, u can find what I want. Saving money mode? Then go to Costco optical for buying that eye glasses once u have the prescription.
