The Cumming office is exceptional, from front office to physicians. In the past four years, every issue as I age has been identified, acknowledged and resolved quickly and with leading technology. Their eye exams are amazingly thorough and painless, even their dilations appear to last for just a short time, and i am able to drive without issues afterwards. Brandon was incredibly thorough and identified an issue I had been experiencing w astigmatism. They got my prescription so perfect, i have never had such amazing vision w contacts or glasses....perfect! Without needing bifocals...thank you!!

Dr. Thiel and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Sam is awesome as well. Literally came over from a really bad eye clinic that thought everything was a joke. Dr. Thiel pays attention doesn't rush you and makes you feel important as you should. The bedside manner is phenomenal and needed with stress and trying to heal. I thank you'll for moving quickly to help me and get me healed after getting hit by an 18 wheeler. Trust it's needed

I was so blessed to have found an amazing representative for intakes; her name was Chris. She was the most levelheaded person in a case that my appointment was for the presence of a parasitic eye infection. Chris was the most nonjudgmental and placate person in my situation. Had to make a call in essence of urgency and immediately called me back with a time and place very soon which is what I needed and she was I give all accolades to Chris and I wish I knew her last name but just the representation of an operator doing an intake of that level and that excellency is giving me really high hopes in a situation that I don't even understand-- an Eye parasite.Much less in the eye, so hoping for the best, judging on the representation of the Front desk it's looking very optimistic and I cannot give up things for that type of hope.

It was a good visit ... very professional, I was satisfied with suggestions made for treatment of my glaucoma. However, I was disappointed that the doctor I saw was not a glaucoma specialist. A referral had been made in order for me to see a glaucoma specialist with Marietta Eye Clinic because they had records from my past treatments before I moved from Cobb County to Barrow County, and I have been having higher pressure than desired in my eyes and different drops and different combinations of drops were not lowering the pressure. I realize that the issue was that Dr. Jiang, whom I had seen in the past, did not have any appointments available until April and I didn't want to wait that long. I have agreed to have laser treatments on my eyes to lower the pressure in January 2026, since it was done in the past and was successful previously. I would like to be seen by a glaucoma specialist in the future.
