Went to this office for the first time today. From the first touchpoint they were very inviting, efficient, and quick. I waited 3 minutes before going back to do the initial eye exam, then maybe another 3 minutes before the doctor came in to see me. Dr. Arnhart was very nice, professional, conversational, and quick!

I did have good service when getting my contacts first time. Problem started when trying to order second pair of contacts. Three months later, at least 7 phone calls later, and also leaving message for my doctor with no response and several conversations with message machines I have NO contacts still. So I am done trying to get them to do the simplest thing.
