I haven't even had my appointment yet i have received three calls about my insurance which i gave them each time (not to mention i did the online form twice which asked about my insurance info), then the latest call was today, the day of my appointment saying they aren't in network and that they had a completely different insurance then what i gave them. nervous to see how the appointment will go. Update went from 2 to 3 stars. everyone was nice but the whole process felt a bit slow. the eye doctor was very nice and explained things perfectly

I got my first pair of prescription glasses 8 years ago from my wonderful optometrist. I have been looking for a new frame for months. I found my favorite frame and exactly what I was looking for at Visionworks. Teri, Sharde and Val were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find the frames I wanted. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for frames. They had a great selection. Thank you all for your time and care. I went here last week for an eye exam to get glasses. My overall experience went very well! The staff in store & on the phone during my booking process were very friendly & took care of all my needs & questions. The place was very clean as well.
I'm giving 4 stars because I ordered a blue pair of glasses (I have the picture on my phone that I took of the original pair I picked out) but when I picked them up they were clear... no big deal I guess but other than that everything else went well.

Everyone was welcoming and pleasant. The intake was easy and I felt extremely comfortable. The doctor was thorough and I felt confident that he was going to get me into the right prescription. And I can not express how great the team member who helped me pick out my frames were. I was only looking for frames to wear at night before bed but with her help I chose frames I will be confident to wear in public. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10!

i came to this location to get a second opinion after america's best wrote the wrong prescription, not once, but TWICE. Dr. Ricardo and his staff were wonderful. he was thorough, listened, and was very receptive to the things that i said. his staff was friendly and went the extra to explain my new RX and answered all my questions with a smile!

Great service!! From the general manager at the front, to the associate who had me do a vision test (sorry didn't get her name) to Dr. Shaw. This was my 2nd visit, the 1st one was good, however this visit was great!! Definitely will come back.

My appt was at 9:30. I got there at 9:15. I didn't not leave until 11:00. I waited forever to see the eye Dr. Checking out was the craziest thing of all. No one knew how to help me mentioned there were 4 people in front of my. I explained I needed to get to my daughter as she was waiting for me. Finally someone helped me since the young gentleman up front didn't know what he was doing but this was overall an AWFUL experience and I will NOT be coming back. I had encouraged my husband to come here since we had a great experience last year but knowing what I went through he no longer wishes to come either and canceled his appt.
