I cannot recommend Belvedere eye clinic enough. They go above and beyond and really care about their patients! I will refers everyone I know with children. My son got a pair of glasses that everywhere we go everyone stops us and asks where we got them! They have such a selection of frames. My son is Autistic and has a sensitivity to light and the patience and understanding the entire staff has including the doctor is unbelievable. I am so thankful for finding them. They give customer service second to none.

Although it is bitter sweet to be leaving due to EXTREME unnecessary price increases and staff changes they lost their PERSONAL touch that kept me coming from all parts of ga just for their service but today ALICIA showed me why I choose them in the beginning! She went WAY BEYOND what she was REQUIRED OR EVEN PAID EXTRA TO DO which is just GOOD OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE... she could have easily did her job and left it at that but she noticed YES SHE NOTICED THEY DIDNT PAY HER TO DO IT BUT THE SYSTEM SOFTWARE WASNT WORKING PROPERLY SHE FIGURED IT OUT and provided a SOLUTION rather than an excuse! She could have said the system not working but she didn't and kept trying she is so appreciated and you need more like her on your NEW TEAM!!! Good bye Belvedere but thank you ALICIA YOU ROCK
