Thomas Eye Group

I just had a horrible experience with this location of Thomas eye group. I have been A patient for over eight years and have never been treated the way that I was today. I miss the grace period by one minute walked in and waited to not be greeted by someone for over five minutes to be told that the doctor would not be seeing me. This is after I called the practice two times and no one answered. I then got transferred to a Call Centre where I told someone that I would be one minute late and they informed me that I would be fine and I should proceed to the office. Amelia at the front desk was unwavering while the doctor didn't even have the decency to speak to me face-to-face. If you want to be treated with respect, this is not the place to go. The doctor is rude disrespectful and has no decency for his patients. Too very wrong things happen in this situation. 1. I confirmed with someone from Thomas eye group that I should proceed to the office and I would have no problems and 2. Dr Duncan didn't have the decency to even speak to me. Being kind goes a long way.

This is a friendly while also efficient practice. Both my Mom and I use Dr. Duncan. He is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We love him and the entire staff...highly recommend them!

They were patient, kind, and definitely kid friendly at this establishment. The provider was thorough and it was also wonderful to know that she volunteered out in the community helping the less fortunate. This experience in addition to her education helped to create a more personable provider who was able to show love in real time.

I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up before they open at 8 am and the door was open. It was cold and I did not have to seat in my car. The person at the desk was amazing. He helped me right away. They were kind and professional ,they explained everything. The Dr was good to. He explained everything and ask if i had questions. Was very pleased. I was able to get to work on time. I do recommend the. Was quick and easy

I had a great experience at Thomas Eye Group - North Druid Hills. The office is new, very clean, and well-organized, and the entire staff was extremely professional from start to finish. Dr. Duncan was personable, professional, and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. This was my first visit at the North Druid Hills Location. Dr. Duncan was thorough and pleasant. The reason why I gave four stars was because the intake person responsible for dilation & reviewing your medical past and things of that nature before the doctor comes in was not very pleasant. In fact, my husband and I both visited this location on the same day and his experience was very much aligned to mine in regards to the Doctors assistant. She seemed to not be a people person or a person concerned with one's health. If her attitude changed and she was more pleasant, this location would receive five stars.

I took my daughter for her annual visit. We were seen quickly. The young lady (I hate that I cannot remember her name) that assisted us was very friendly and caring. She answered ALL of my daughter questions and she had a LOT. Normally, she gives them a hard time dilating her eyes. She was able to do it with no problems. I would highly recommend.

Really good staff and smooth operations. We went in for our 8-month old's appointment and Dr. Phoenix and the entire staff was amazing with her. Very easy to engage, took care of the baby, and communicated everything clearly.
