Janievia w. was the technician for my grandfather's procedure. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with her. She was very knowledgeable, professional and patient ( my grandfather can be a little extra he's a veteran). She took the time to throughly explain exactly what would be taking place step by step and reassured him that he would be just fine throughout the process.

Warning: Just because you like the doctors, do not make the mistake of buying your eyeglasses here. Before you buy here, they give you a very good smile; after you buy, their face changes, and they just want to drive you out. That's what happened to me. I spent hundreds of dollars on eyeglasses and got nothing in return. Just a worthless pair of eyeglasses that I can't use.
They even treated me rudely when I asked to return the glasses. No returns, they said. So, beware. Make sure you ask their policy before you buy anything

My dad had an appointment with Dr. Shah but before seeing the doctor we were see by Ryan. Ryan is studying to become a doctor and he by far will make an amazing one. He is extremely patient, funny and he listened!! It is refreshing to see someone so young but have the patience to assist the elderly. But outside of that, you can tell he cares! Ryan is a true asset to the medical field!

My dad and I came in for his visual field test with Dr.Patel. My dad deals with neck problems and usually has a hard time sitting still for a long period of time like that , but Joy was determined to help him. I was so glad that he could successfully complete it because he failed prior. We then saw Dr. Patel shortly after with no waiting time. I will always recommend Eye Physicians and Surgeons to family and friends due to their generosity and professionalism!!

We have brought our daughter here 4 times for an ongoing issue since she was born less than 2 years ago and after today I can confidently say this is most unprofessional doctors office we have attended (and we go to LOTS with her many medical issues). HIGHLY recommend finding ANYONE else to care for your kiddos. Each time we have been we have had different issues but this time was unacceptable. I drove almost 2 hours to arrive at our appointment and be told "we have been trying to contact you - Dr Weeks is not in today". They straight up lied to me and said they have been trying to contact me but were unable to leave a voicemail. I received the reminder messages, my phone has not been off or out of service and I do not have a SINGLE call from them. I receive voicemails on the daily and also had several people verify that you CAN leave a voicemail on my phone. Don't go here unless you'd like to be lied to and have your time and money wasted.
