Staff is a pitiful excuse for administration. And and to stand behind them would be a pity. Huge disaster! Disgusting!

She is very thoughtful and thorough as well as friendly.

Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I had an appointment with Dr. Menon, but unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating and disrespectful process. They required me to complete a long online form beforehand with many mandatory personal questions about my whole life history. Even after I filled it out carefully, when I arrived they told me the system did not show my information and made me fill out the forms again in the office. After all that waiting and repeated paperwork, I did not even get to see Dr. Menon. Instead, a different doctor came in who had none of my information. when i refuse to see her she was very upset and acts like mad on me .. but when i came out and ask on desk i should not been charged for this visit ..they said we unfortunatly we cannot do that. you or your insurance have to pay for this vsit .. the staff Stephenie.. head incharge was rude and made me feel disrespected. When I politely raised my concerns, they told me they could cancel my appointment at any time. This level of poor organization, wasted time, and lack of respect is unacceptable. Patients should not be treated this way when seeking medical care.
