My 1st appointment was met with a evil look from the recipientist and was getting bad vibes from everyone else even the doctor. As if they're better than me. I started to walk out and I think I should have. I was told a time limit for my glasses to be ready, I'm still waiting a week pass the time I was given

I have been waiting over a month and a half for my daughters trial lenses. I waited 3 weeks for her glasses I received notifications 2 times that these products were ready. I took my daughter there and sent her in alone because she is 17. They said she had not ordered contact lenses so I had to come in. Then they said they were not there when I went into the office. The second time I was told not to come unless I am called because the system is down. My daughter is in the is program taking classes for college credits and she needs her glasses I have already paid for the services and now my daughters grades may be effected do not use this doctor.

Great doctors and staff. I was very please with the service that I received. I was able to get my Grandson glasses after not knowing he needed them. The doctors were not in a rush to do your eye exams like most doctors are. My family will be going back. Keep up the great job.

The Eye Care Studio is hands down the best experience that I have received when dealing with my eyes. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both Doctors make you feel welcome, explain things thoroughly and are great at what they do. I highly recommend this place for your eye care needs. Top-notch service with an excellent staff!

I cannot express enough gratitude for finding Dr. Fisher at Eyecare Studio on 2375 Wesley Chapel. Having been a patient of his during his time at Walmart, I was devastated when he no longer worked there. However, after fervent prayers and relentless searching, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon him again. Dr. Fish's expertise and care are unparalleled. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and provided me with the perfect prescription that has transformed my vision. His attention to detail during my eye exams and his genuine compassion made every visit a positive experience. Before seeing him, I suffered from migraines and encountered dismissive eye doctors who rushed through tests. Here, he takes his time. Oh, and one more thing - I was always told that when I got my glasses and thought they were strong, it meant my eyes needed to adjust. Not until I met Dr. Fisher. When I wore the prescription he provided, it felt like I was seeing perfectly. I almost cried. I hope he remains an eye doctor forever because my migraines declined significantly, and he provided me with the perfect pair to get through college and beyond. I visit him every year for my exam without fail. I cannot recommend Dr. Fisher enough. For anyone searching for the best eye care, look no further. Dr. Fisher at Eyecare Studio is simply the best, and I am incredibly grateful to have found him again. Not only did Dr. Fisher provide exceptional care for myself, but he also went above and beyond to assist my parents with their eye adjustments. I love the fact people have had pleasant experience here. However upon leaving with my mother, this certainly constituted as a poor customer experience. We all know insurance is a hassle, which my mother has. To my understanding the workers have more access than the insured to look up companies and find policies. My mom was referred here by her insurance and with ONE attempt to finding her information, the worker did not feel the need to do anything else. It seemed as nobody cared to assist. Our family has worn glasses for years and have never encountered the lack of care this location displayed. I hope she never goes back. They already have funky hours and while you want your community to thrive, the quality of work & care needs improvement. Regardless of what kind of day you're having, don't project that onto your customers.
