The doctor was kind, thorough and explained everything she did. The staff were great! They took their time to explain my insurance benefits and costs. They even helped me try on frames! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with both Dr. Wright and her team. They got me in quickly and took great care of me.

Don't go here! Scheduled an appointment, they rescheduled it themselves and then when I got there the rudest front desk person of all time told me there was no doctor today and basically asked why I was there. When I told her THEY scheduled it she said we'd have to reschedule. I don't mind normal rescheduling issues but what I do mind is a front desk person who is so dismissive and rude! Don't go. Not sure why the even a business when they have such obvious disdain for someone who walks in the front door

Now this experience happened about 2 months back, but I am just getting around to leaving a review. Well we never actually made into the office to see how things would go inside. I scheduled an appointment online via Zocdoc for my daughter only to receive a call two days before my appointment stating that the time in which I scheduled for was not available. Then why is it showing available online? Ok. The woman I spoke with was not pleasant in the least little bit and that was her tone and mannerism from the very beginning. I started to get irritated but never displayed my frustrations to her, and we rescheduled the appointment to another day and time. The day of the appointment arrives, and I remembered that I needed to call the office to ask a question and boy am I glad I called. Apparently someone in the office tested positive for Covid-19 or had ben exposed, however I was never notified of this. If I had not called the office that morning I would have driven all the way there just to find out that they were closed. I also was never even called to be offered a rescheduling due to the inconvenience. It's disheartening that this was the result of trying to find a black doctor. This office is not near where I live and I was willing and ready to make the commute. There are three glasses wearers in my family and we were looking for a new doctor, however this was not meant to be the place for us. Glad to see it worked out for some, because I have seen a lot of positive reviews.

I've never had an eye doctor refuse to give me a copy of my prescription before and then hang up on me when asking for another set of "trial" lenses because the ones I was given are getting dry.

Been going here for two years and a big fan!! Dr. Wright knows her stuff, the staff is great too

Dr Wright is very knowledgeable. She has been taking care of my eyes for 12 years. Feels like family.
