Dr. Birdsong is an awesome optometrist!! She is so patient, knowledgeable, and truly professional. She was wonderful with my 2 young children and took time to make them feel comfortable. I could tell she genuinely cared about our well-being and had our best interests at heart. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Dana was also so kind and extremely helpful in selecting glasses and actively helped me get a great deal too!

The doctor and staff at this location are professional and super friendly. They take the time to answer all questions and make sure I have a good understanding of my eye health, my insurance and what I am ordering. Newest evaluation equipment. Great selection of frames.

It was recommended that I try a pair of trial contacts that needed to be ordered. Even though I hadn't tried the trial contacts, I was ordered (and had to pay for) my contact lenses from my prior prescription. I picked up the trials, tried them, and wanted to order them. I didn't know how, especially since I'd already paid for and received another set of contacts. I called multiple times to see about ordering the trials. I could not get through to a person and no one called me back despite my voicemails. So on Saturday, I went on to try to make an order. I was told I needed to wait. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait more than 30 minutes because I had other obligations. The one person who could help me was so backed up with customers. I asked the woman at the front desk if I could make an appointment to make an order. She said no. I told her I couldn't wait further that day and asked her what I was supposed to do to get these contacts ordered, particularly since no one answers the phone or calls back. She rolled her eyes, seemed annoyed, and told me "I don't order contacts. Maybe try coming back on Tuesday." Terrible customer service and poor communication. I understand that this practice is understaffed. But I literally don't know how to get my contacts ordered and no one will help me or answer the phone.

Dr Birdsong is wonderful. She saw an issue with my eyes, and I was early onset with fuch's dystrophy. I had double cornea transplants, and my eye sight is so improved. Highly recommend her.

They took care of me and I was able to get the top namebrand glasses for cheap and then times that by two because I got some for my daughter as well so yes, please understand they are awesome, gentle and very understanding

Patrick, the manager, was friendly but businesslike, & patient while I worked through my decision process on frames. He also helped keep the cost within my insurance benefit. As of February 2026, be aware that the hours given on Google & the Website are wrong. Call them for correct hours.

Not only they billed me $400 for a routine annual check (I have insurance) and a pair ordinary glasses, which they said is better to buy with their discount than through my insurance coverage, they simply have NOT delivered or provided ANY updates regarding this order. It has been more than two weeks and they promised to have the glasses ready for pickup within 5 business days. Now they don't even answer my phone calls. This is the most terrible experience I ever had for healthcare. I will never use myeyedr again in the future. Such a big let down and almost like a scam!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!!

I recently had an appointment at here and, while the initial appointment went smoothly, my experience with picking up my glasses was less than satisfactory. I ordered both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. I received a text that my glasses were ready for pickup, but upon arrival, I discovered that my sunglasses were not actually ready; they had the wrong lenses. I had to leave them behind and come back another day. When I returned to pick them up the next time, I was told that I couldn't have them because there was no doctor on site, even though it was 9:30 in the morning on a weekday. This was quite confusing and inconvenient, especially since I was able to pick them up previously without a doctor present. Additionally, I had to pay for parking each time I visited, which added to the inconvenience. In conclusion, the communication and consistency at this office need improvement. I suggest that they ensure that glasses are truly ready before sending a pickup notification and that patients are informed about any requirements for doctor availability in advance. I hope this feedback is helpful and that future visits will be smoother.
