My son had corrective eye surgery. Since then his eyes have began to revert back. Their primary doctor then referred us to see Dr. Weeks back in April 2025. I called on 04/21/2025 and spoke with John. He informed me that once they received the referral from my kids Doctor, they would call me back to schedule. I never got a call. Fast forward to July 2025, I found another Optometrist and he also referred us to see Dr. Weeks. I called Dr. Weeks office again on August 8th and was told that they only received the referral from April, which was a basic referral and Dr. Weeks wants them to see Dr. Patel. I then explained AGAIN that because no one returned my calls, that I had to see another doctor. That doctor provided a thorough referral to Dr. Weeks. The rep proceeds to say we called you. I asked her to recite the number. They completely had the wrong number. The rep then says Dr. Weeks states, we can see Dr. Patel or go to Emory. If I was told there would be a wait to see Dr. Weeks, I would be fine but I have 2 referrals from 2 different doctors to see Dr. Weeks yet Dr. Weeks doesn't deem it necessary for her to evaluate my children. I am terribly disappointed and disgusted. Its been 4 months, my kids could have been in and out her hair by now.

I was referred to Dr. Weeks after my optometrist was unable to fit me for glasses to correct my dipolpia (double vision). The optometrist spent 3 hours, commented I had "tough diplopia," and ultimately produced glasses that were unwearable - made my double vision worse. Dr. Weeks and her team were fantastic in all respects. They took me at the appointed time. The technicians completed basic testing efficiently (in about 20 minutes) with a friendly, professional demeanor. Dr. Weeks took another 20-30 minutes to assess my condition, asking lots of good questions along the way as she instructed me to look in various directions while also tilting my head in certain ways. She was also friendly and professional, communicating very well. My glasses were ready in less than the promised two weeks. The technician who had me try them on made some minor adjustments and gave important guidance that it could take up to 2 weeks to get used to the new glasses. In fact, it took less than one hour for me to get comfortable with them and with a big improvement over the glasses I had. THANK YOU DR. WEEKS AND TEAM!

Had two appointments. Dr. Weeks convinced me to have eye surgery basically guaranteed would solve the problem. Spent around 8 to 10,000 and can tell no results. Issue still persists. Would not recommend.

Love Dr. Weeks she did my daughters eye surgery and I'm so happy and satisfied with the results. She was very patient and very informative about my daughter condition and surgery. My daughter have been here a numerous times. And highly recommend her.

Dr. Weeks have taken care of my son some he was 3 and he is 19 now. She is a fantastic surgeon as well.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!! They are not here for your children. To say our kids are going to a specialist for various eye diseases this is not the right doctor for your CHILD! My son missed his first appointment which was my fault. I forgot the appointment date nor did I have it in my calendar. Sometimes mom brain!! My son and daughter had an appointment today 2/26/2024. They are bought under the weather. My daughter which is 1 years old is teething and has a fever. My son is 6 years old and cannot see out of his left eye. He has been throwing up and having a fever. His dad had retinoblastoma. First, this same doctor diagnosed my son with retinoblastoma before taking a biopsy. Then referred me to another specialist. My son has amblyopia which has been diagnosed by the specialist. He had to have surgery because he had blood in and behind his eye, which why no doctor could see in back of his eyes. I feel like this is a very serious condition and a doctor needs to care. As well as be aggressive! Do to my son being sick, I was told that if he miss another appointment that he would be discharged for her office. That is unacceptable when working as an pediatrician doctor. Things happen to kids all the time! She said because this was my daughter's first appointment, and she missed it. That she will refer her out to someone else. The funny part is SHE ask to see my daughter, due to her father's history. I would rather take my kids to someone who cares and have great understanding!

Over prescribed my kids eyes. Went to another specialist and they were amazed at how high the prescription was for my kids especially my four year old with her first pair. They couldn't even see out of their prescription! He said it could have caused more damage than good in the long run and immediately prescribed them a new prescription.

Please do not bring you kids to this doctor. My child's pediatrician sent us here when my child was one she is a specialist correct? She couldn't see what my child's pediatrician could see for whatever reason. My child is four and we had to come back today unfortunately nobody else takes our insurance. The office staff is Appallingly rude!! Dr. Weeks honestly isn't much nicer or very caring. The only person with any sense or manners today was Sinfay she was great. I'm hoping we fine another doctor that takes our insurance even if we have to drive further. Also they can't see any kind of updates in their system with insurance at all but every single doctor and dentist we go to is able to look and see any and all changes but this one doctor's office can not or either the rude staff just refuses to look idk which one it is. We are upset at the thought of having to return to this place for a check up
