I had such a great experience at Wright Vision Care and I truly felt compelled to share how positive my first visit was. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were kind, patient, and professional. The two staff members who assisted me were especially friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made the check-in process smooth and easy, and their kindness immediately helped me feel comfortable. I am especially thankful for Dr. Wright and her honesty. She took the time to explain everything about my eye health in a clear and caring way. I truly appreciated how straightforward and genuine she was. It made me feel like I was receiving care from someone who truly cares about her patients and their vision. I will also say that I had read a few past reviews before coming, but my experience was the complete opposite of anything negative. The two staff members who helped me were kind and welcoming, and I did not feel any negativity or mean-spirited behavior at all. I hadn't had an eye exam in two years until today, and I am so glad I chose Wright Vision Care. The office was clean, calm, and very professional, and the whole experience put me at ease. It also means a lot to me to support a Black woman-owned optometry practice, and I'm grateful to have found such a caring place for my eye care. I highly recommend Wright Vision Care to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and welcoming eye doctor. I truly had a great first experience and look forward to coming back.

I am an established client of Wright Vision Care. The staff is awesome. They guide you through the processes and answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Wright is very patient and makes sure you're comfortable with all procedures. She's very caring.

I have been a patient of this office for years. Last year I had an eye issue where I was referred to a specialist. I tried to call the office after receiving a voicemail from the Dr. asking what the findings were from the specialist. I called 30 times over 3 days trying every extension and no one would answer the phone. Eventually I gave up. Then recently I received the reminder notification that I was due for my yearly exam. I called 8 times over two days and left two voicemails. No one would answer or return my call. It is really unfortunate because Dr. Wright is amazing! She is so personable and knowledgeable. But the office staff doesn't seem to help her business at all. They are very friendly in person but cannot answer the phone or return messages. Maybe an email address patients could try? Unfortunately I've had to make an appointment elsewhere. Again, amazing doctor, slack staff.

Well, what can I say? Other than this was my three children and I first visit and it was great! The two ladies working the front desk were nice, and when the doctor (Dr. Wright) walked in she was not at all what I was expecting. She was really good with all three of my children and really knew what she was doing. Lord willing me and my three will be back for future appointments to come. The only thing I did not like was the music, not that it was to loud or anything like that. It just wasn't music I listen too. Keep up the good work ladies. You all were great.

Dr. Wright and her staff has a family oriented office. They are professional, friendly and caring about their patients. Dr. Kenntha Wright has been my optometrist for over 25 years and she is still as good as she was in 1998. I highly recommend her Wright Vision Center and staff in Decatur Georgia.

The doctor was professional and kind. She explained everything so I could understand throughout my examination. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly when it came to explaining my insurance coverage and picking out frames. I highly recommend this location for any of your optical needs!

Awesome people! I was traveling and on my last pair of contacts when I had an emergency, they were very accommodating. Was able to get new exam and contacts right away. Forever grateful!
