I had a wonderful experience at Johns Creek Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, Katiana at the front desk made everything smooth and stress-free. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with check-in and paperwork, her customer service is truly excellent.
The optometrist was just as amazing. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. It's not often you find an office where both the front desk and clinical care are equally exceptional, but this place has it!
Highly recommend Johns Creek Eye Care if you're looking for great service and knowledgeable, caring staff. I'll definitely be returning!
I had a very good experience at Johnscreek Eyecare. The optician Itzel was extremely helpful and patiently answered all my questions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. They also had a very good Frame selection and priced competitively too. Overall very positive experience at Johnscreek Eyecare!
Came in for an annual eye exam and was planning on getting a new pair of glasses. The team at Johns Creek Eyecare is top notch. The staff and doctors were very friendly and answered all of my questions. When it came to pick out new frames Johnathan helped me out with narrowing down my choices and helped me pick the perfect pair. If you're looking for a top notch experience choose John's Creek Eyecare.
I am a new patient at Johns Creek Eyecare. The doctor is outstanding. He was very thorough, personable and extremely competent. He took a lot of time making sure that I understood the results of my exam. The office staff was also very welcoming and thorough. I am glad that I found this practice!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Pritchett and his team! Dr. Pritchett was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all my questions during the exam. Sydney was wonderful - she was so kind and made the eye exam easy and comfortable. Itzel was amazing at helping me pick out frames - she really listened to what I liked and found styles that fit me perfectly.
Everyone was kind, professional, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Dr Pritchett is really kind, knowledgeable, and takes his time with exams and asking/answering questions. The staff is always polite and helpful as well. The exam areas are well maintained with updated technology and routine cleanings. I have ordered glasses and contacts and had an easy experience with both, my contacts shipping and arriving the same week of my exam. I highly recommend this practice!
Every time I go to Johns Creek Eyecare, I'm so glad I chose that place. My son goes there too and my husband will be going there for his next exam/purchase.
The staff is super nice. Unlike Lenscrafters, where throngs of people are clawing at the grubby eye glass frames, this place is chill but also clean and organized.
First Sydney helped me through my fear of setting my chin in plastic. She's tops. Dr. Pritchett answered all my dry eye questions (I'm a hit at parties!) and then John (not the John of Johns Creek by the way) helped me pick my frames. He was patient while I tried on 48 pairs. He put up with my banter ("Would you trust your life to someone wearing these?," "Do you even know who Miss Beasley is?"). Thoroughly unflappable.
Thanks JCE.
DON'T GO HERE. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand because the concerns others expressed are absolutely accurate. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were unpleasant, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. The atmosphere felt transactional rather than patient-focused, and there was little effort to create a respectful or organized experience. Before I was even seen for my appointment, fees were already being attached to my profile without a clear explanation or detailed breakdown of what was covered by insurance versus what would be my financial responsibility. When a patient has active insurance, all fees should be disclosed upfront -- clearly, accurately, and before being applied. Patients deserve transparency, informed consent, and a thorough understanding of optional versus mandatory services. That standard was not met.
The speed and manner in which charges were applied raised serious concerns about the office's billing and insurance procedures. In a healthcare setting, especially one that works directly with insurance providers, ethical administration and financial transparency are essential. Applying fees without proper communication creates distrust and gives the impression that revenue is prioritized over patient care. Given my experience, I believe this business would benefit from a formal review or audit of its billing practices to ensure compliance with proper standards. After obtaining my prescription, I chose to leave rather than continue doing business there. Based on the lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability I encountered, I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking trustworthy and patient-centered eye care.
Don't believe the reviews on the actual website.. look elsewhere. Please don't come under the post stating you don't have me under your file.. why would I allow you to tamper with my files by putting this under a name you can search.! Do better ! This office is horrible and the girls at the front desk were awful.!
