I traveled from Kennesaw to John's Creek for the express purpose of consulting with Dr. Mary Brunner about my changing vision, and upcoming need for cataract surgery. As you might expect, I was very anxious. Dr. Brunner didn't disappoint. Her examination was thorough, kind and gentle. I wasn't treated like a number on a production line, as in my opthalmalogist's office (not Thomas Eye). Dr. Brunner took unrushed time, and gave me the needed support, specific information about my current visual problems, and how to manage my situation going forward. I'm more confident now, have a tentative plan to continue to work with Thomas Eye. I would also like to recognize Sam, Dr. Brunner's Opthalmic Assistant. Sam was knowlegeable, professional and inspired confidence in the tasks she performed for me. Thanks, Thomas Eye. Dr. Brunner is one of your hidden pearls.

Everyone at Thomas Eye Group was awesome. The check in staff was very friendly and efficient. Sam took me back and did all the testing. She put me at ease during all the procedures that were necessary. Dr Brunner finished the exam and explained everything. She was very friendly and thorough. Heather was very helpful in picking out my glasses and taking care of my needs.

This staff is very thorough and does a great job in what they do. I seriously enjoy each of them that work in that office. Most of all I'm going to missed my medical doctor, Dr. Tucker. I've know him for at least 10 years. He had taken care not only me but family as well. Love you Dr. Tucker. Thanks Thomas Eye Group you are the Best.

Had another great visit with my ophthalmologist of over thirty years, Dr Jeff Carlisle. He is a great listener and has excellent clinical judgement. He also did my LASIK procedure fifteen years ago, with a fine outcome. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Pam ,Heather and Dr. Bruno phenomenal. They were very patient, attentive, and made our experience exceptional. Heather connected well with all my children including Christian and Kennedy. Pam is a breath of fresh air to have (super sweet). And Dr. Bruno is the best. Let's not forget about Sam, Christian, and the quiet young lady sitting next to Pam at the front desk. God send. This is such an amazing team with wonderful people. I recommend this practice to everyone. And the person who greeted us at the door was very welcoming. Much appreciated!

I kind of had a bizarre experience. Both my husband and I had appointments (20 minutes a part). I checked in online and he didn't. Our check in took 20 minutes. I was told it was due to him not checking in online (which is fair) but even though I started my check in before his, mine took longer. So that doesn't really make sense. Not sure why this took so long. Even though my appointment was 20 minutes after his, I waited at least 30-40 minutes in the waiting area, while he was taken back after a 10 minute wait. I thought they forgot about me. One patient sat down next me and had made a phone call telling the recipient that he showed for his appointment 30 minutes late. They took him before they took me. As I was taken back to the exam room, my husband was walking out to check out. My appointment was extremely fast which is great, I guess, because I was done with my appointment before my husband even was done with the check out process. We have been going to this location before it was Thomas Eye Group. I am going to consider this as a fluke and not give up on them as of yet. We will see what happens next year for our annual check up.

My first visit and Dr. Brunner is awesome. Kindness from medical professionals nowadays is always so pleasant to experience. I had a not so great experience elsewhere and this was a total 180. Thank you!
