Please visit this office! Dr.Luke was amazing. He answered questions, explained everything in good detail and had great efficient service. The office was clean and the front staff were also very kind. Thank you, I appreciate the service and look forward to using them each time.

We have been coming here for years. And I want to say that Vanessa,Yajayra,& Stephanie are the sweetest ladies here. They are always welcoming everyone who walks in the door so nice. Dr.Luke is also very welcoming and very sweet. I've never had a bad experience. The place is very nice and organized. If you're seeing reviews saying these ladies are rude please don't believe everything you see.

I had an excellent experience at Apex Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The clinic was clean, modern, and very well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. I bring my whole family here and will continue to do so! Great doctor and staff. Definitely would recommend.

The doctor here is excellent, but the customer service at the front desk is unacceptable. I normally don't leave reviews, but after experiencing it myself and then reading other reviews, I realized this is a pattern that needs to be addressed. One of the receptionists is consistently rude, unwelcoming, and impatient. She's been on her phone while patients are waiting, and I even witnessed her raising her voice at a child, telling her to "just pick one" instead of showing patience. On my first visit, there was no greeting or acknowledgment when we walked in. When we returned to pick up my daughters' glasses, she seemed annoyed we were even there and didn't bother to instruct them to try their glasses on, I had to step in myself. The doctor provides great care, but the front desk experience leaves families feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Other reviewers have noticed the same behavior, so this is not an isolated incident. I truly hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses it, because poor customer service will drive patients away regardless of how good the doctor is.

Dr. Luke Esekhigbe was amazing, he helped me find a new brand of contacts that won't hurt my eyes and are way more comfortable. i definitely recommend coming here.

I have 0 tolerance for bad customer service. The Doctor is great but the Heavier Hispanic lady at the front desk is always rude. It's like she talks to black people differently cause I heard her talk to the Doctor I was shocked and told myself she might just be naturally rude. Next time I come back and she talks to me rude I will give her a taste of her own medicine cause I saw her to talk to Hispanic patients and her tone is completely different.

Dr Luke is amazing, kind and patient. He takes his time to answer your questions, he gives suggestions without trying to pressure you but for understanding. I really appreciate his service. I would highly recommend him as your optometrist
