I still do NOT have what the insurance is to provide for free and this company has information on file about me and my many attempts to resolve this issue.

I've been bringing my daughter here for the last 4 years and we're never disappointed. Dr. Kazem and his staff are always professional and personable. The office is always clean and our questions are answered without hesitation. My 14 year old took AWHILE to choose her new frames and Gary was so patient and informative and helped her feel at ease. We never felt rushed! The staff went above and beyond to help her make the perfect choice. Thank you so much! She said "I love this office" and she can't wait for her new glasses to come in. Their customer service is beyond the stars. If we could provide them a 10 score we would. Gary is Super Professional, Amicable and superbly knows the profession. Dr. Kazem took the time to evaluate and explain our issues in great detail making sure all of our questions were answered. Even when we returned to pick up our prescription glasses, Gary took his time to explain how to utilize our first time glasses. I don't usually leave reviews, but their Awesome service merits recognition.
