Eye Consultants of Atlanta-Lawrenceville

Having reoccurring issues with my right eye and was directed to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist. I chose this office as they were supposed to be in-network for my insurance. The front office staff was not rude, just apathetic and could not be bothered to look up from their cell phones. Made it feel like I was a mild inconvenience to them. Saw Dr. Wang who was very nice, but the visit felt rushed like there were too many other to patients to see. The whole visit with the MD could not have been any more than 10 minutes. All to tell me there was nothing really to be done. Left feeling frustrated and disappointed only to be slapped with a $230 bill after my insurance was processed. Upside is that parking is easy at the building. Will not be returning.

Everyone was friendly, very helpful & professional. Especially, the staff at the front desk namely,Tatiana Jessica, Stephanie & Crystal. Everybody was very efficient. Dr.Pau is very thorough. Been very pleased

Dr Wang was great !!!!! She gave me my vision back and I will always be grateful to her for her gift . I would recommend them to anyone seeking cataract surgery .

Dr Pau was interactive and listened to my concerns. Was extremely satisfied with the appt.

Wonderful doctor... office staff is a joke. still waiting 6 days later to get a call back and I've called and all they can say is the technician is in clinics.... Don't waste your time here

Dr. Wang is fantastic she takes the time to explain everything completely and makes sure I understand the next steps.

I sure wish I had read the reviews before I booked an appointment with this business. I made an appointment and attempted to get my child's eye examination this morning, 02/05, and I was told that my appointment was canceled due to the doctor being sick. I had driven 25 miles for over an hour and was very upset. All the person said was that I was left a voicemail to reschedule. I was not left a voicemail. Why would I go to an appointment 25 miles away if I knew it had been canceled? And after reading some of these reviews, it was a blessing in disguise. After reading about the unorganized and unprofessionalism and rudeness of the staff, and also the quality of the doctor, I have a special-needs child who needs to be seen by a qualified ophthalmologist. So while I'm upset, I'm also happy that I dodged a bullet and will definitely be scheduling with someone else. First impressions mean EVERYTHING!!
