I highly recommend this office for your eye exam and eye care needs. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Patel, Brandon and Chad were especially helpful and I enjoyed doing business with them. Will be returning for future visits as needed. Thank you to the staff at My Eye Dr in Lawrenceville! Honestly after meeting Dr. Patel and the new staff. I'm so impressed, I don't want my daughter-family going to anyone else. This place will be the location of choice for the lifetime of my family. My appointment time was I believe set at a later time. But they accommodated us by fitting us in at an early. When we arrived, (forgot names) but it was a male and female, and an assistant before seeing doctor. They were so inviting, professional and attentive. Dr. Patel not only took her time with my daughter's exam. But went out of her way to reach out to insurance for health care matters. Instead of having us wait for a contact fitting, she even fit us in the schedule same day to assist us. And was patient helping my daughter in a calm yet smooth manner with her contacts. It takes so long trying on contacts for the first time. But she was so good and mild spirited. It prob took her no longer than 10 mins to put the contacts in. Overall, I'm pleased. Excellent customer service from the whole team. And I'm thankful to have met an amazing doctor. I will continuously be back.

My parents had an excellent experience at Dr. Niddhi Patel's practice. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The office had a welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put us at ease with sign in and application process. Dr. Niddhi Patel was so professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail to my parents. We never felt rushed, and all of our questions were answered with great care and explanation. The eye exam itself was smooth, and I appreciated how well the doctor explained each step of the process, as well as the results. The doctor also helped my parents choose a new pair of glasses that fit perfectly and suited their style, and they felt no pressure during the selection process. They appreciated Dr. Niddhi Patel's suggestions and consideration. My parents left the appointment feeling confident in their eye health and well-informed about how to care for our eyes moving forward. Dr. Niddhi Patel got more patients coming her way as I will be recommending Dr. Niddhi Patel to all of my friends and family. I highly recommend Dr. Niddhi Patel to each and every one along with their team to anyone looking for a top-notch eye care experience!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I'm just lost with words with how rude and unprofessional customer service this location offers. Made an appointment at 4:40. We came inside, the guy who was there sitting on the computer, didn't even greet us for a couple minutes, then later he asked if he could help me, told him we got an appointment at 4:40, he said we were late it's now 4:51. If he paid better attention, saw us stepped in and greeted us right away, it would have been within that 10 mins window. Then I came to the front desk, another lady ( and I should have taken her name so I can warn people better to AVOID her) was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! She told me that I was lucky and the doctor can see me but they only have a 10 mins window. Her voice, her attitude, her tone was absolutely DEGRADING and OFFENSIVE. It was like she was talking to her child, giving her child a detention. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED THIS KIND OF HUMILIATING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE! Never ever will we step in here again. They don't treat you right at all. Or maybe because we are Asian so she could feel entitled speaking to us in that manner.

Amazing 10/10 experience they fixed my frames and made my visit quick. Shout out to the whole team !

My doctor visit went well, everyone was kind, welcoming and professional. But I have been waiting for my eye glasses to come for over 3 weeks. I have never waited more than 2 weeks. I am now being told Dec. 5. I hope they make it, as I can barely see to write this review.

I had the opportunity to obtain services for my eyewear today at the Lawrenceville location. Brandon F. exhibited excellent customer service skills, even prior to my arrival. He was able to patiently assess my situation and resolve issues with my glasses in a timely manner. Chad Davis was helpful as well. I recommend this office highly.
