I love this place! My mom and I visit every year, and we couldn't be happier. The doctor here is amazing--she discovered my mom's glaucoma, and thanks to her, it's now stable. The new office is spacious and comfortable, making each visit pleasant. The glasses arrive in about two weeks, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for three years, and this is by far the best eye care center I've ever experienced.

I was going through some issues and when I saw the reviews I was hesitant but since it was convenient and a medical situation I gave it a try. First, when I called and explained the situation the lady gave me an appointment that was convenient and fit my schedule. Second, the staff was very welcoming and nice. Third, the Dr. was amazing, she explained everything very well, sent prescription to the pharmacy, gave suggestions and listened to all my concerns. It was a very good experience.

The workers of Sugarloaf Vision Center are Very Friendly. Terri chose the color of the lenses on my last glasses in June 2024 and l love it! Rose is always ready to assist you in whichever way you need assistance, your appointment or whatever assistant that you may need! Dr Tammy Truong will take her time to listen to you no matter how many clients she has waiting on her! They are like family now!

I've been going to SVC for years. They always take my insurance (I job hop a lot) and they maximize on what insurance will pay for contacts and lenses so you pay the least out of pocket. Dr. Truong is amazing. Compassionate and super friendly to all my family members who go to her. Oh and did I mention they moved to an even bigger practice minutes from 316 or 85? Super convenience location, no nonsense staff, and great color contacts selection. I'm indecisive so I just get a box of each color and figure it out at home. Highly recommended!!!!

My son lost his grasses I called to the office to order the new grasses for him again. I know I'm busy then I can't stop by to pick up his grasses when it's done. I told them shipping his grasses to my house address and I will pay for this. They told me the total price and I give them my credit card to charge. From 2/28-3/25 my son still have no grasses then I call them back to ask they told me I didn't pay to shipping. The $20 extra just for grasses warranty for his grasses. That so such I never hear about warranty information before. When I called them I just want to make sure the grasses will ship to my house that it. Never bring my child go this office again. Take so long to wait the new grasses all the time. Another office just pay $40-$50 included eye exams and buy a new grasses at the same day.

My Name is Haji. I was there today for eye examination and prescription glass purchase. From checking With amazing Ms. Rose, to Dr. Tammy's eyes examination. Dr. Tammy was not hasty, and she had calm demeanor. Dr. Tammy answered each and every question of mine - to Ms. Terri's infectios personality at the selection of prescription glass purchase. Each and every staff i met was wonderful. They were professional, courteous, respectful, and they made the process seamless. The facility was bright, spacious, and the equipments were top notch. I found my eyes doctor today. Give it a try. Please go there with smile. You get back what you put in.

I liked how they take care of customers. Once you check-in there's a little wait time before they perform all your eye exams compared to similar businesses. The lady that helps you choose your glasses is very helpful, she helped me choose my glasses and made good suggestion base on my needs. I highly recommend them.

I'm writing a review for my mother who recently visited this eye clinic and had a very unprofessional experience with the office staff. She was told to come in one morning to pick up her prescription glasses and the staff member gave her the box containing her glasses and told her she doesn't need to try it on. They kept saying that they've measured and fitted the frame for her and were sure it will fit. She felt odd because she's always tried on the new glasses to ensure they fit but since they insisted, she chose to try them once she got home. Once she was home, she opened the box and they were a completely different style from what she picked out initially. She has always only worn circular framed glasses but the ones they gave her were square frames. Right away, she knew these were wrong and went back to the office to let them know. The staff member told her that those were the glasses she chose and were very rude about the situation when she repeatedly told them that she did not choose these frames. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Definitely not a place I would recommend especially because they seem to take advantage of those who can't speak English well and they know they can just brush them off in situations like this. Very disappointed especially with all the positive reviews they have. Make sure you also take notice and don't let them push you to order the more expensive frames as well. They try very hard to up sell even when it's not in your best interest.
