Brown's Eye Center

Very accommodating! I called and had an eye infection and his staff worked me in right away. Their staff was so courteous and kind. Dr. Smith was very professional, gentle and cleared up my eye infection. The doctor suggested that I wear glasses and not contacts for a few days and they have the best selection of glasses. I picked them up the next day. Could not ask for better treatment.

Staff was friendly but when I went to pick up my glasses I could not see out of them. They told me to try and come back if I still could not see. I did and still could not see. They tried to convince me they could fix them and took the glasses to the back and came back out to try to convince me I needed to hold my head in a different position and it was probably my blood sugar. I am not diabetic. I went to another doctor so now I am out an office visit plus more lenses because my insurance had already covered what they cover for the year. I called to cancel an appointment and explained why they needed to cancel and inactive me as client to which the girl said ok thank you. Nothing to try to discuss the issue. I would not recommend going here at all unless you want to waste a lot of money

I was traveling and my glasses came apart! Went to Brown's the next morning and in minutes they were repaired! Cannot thank them enough! Great business! Friendly, fast and they know their business!

Can't believe how through they are. Totally honest, told me my prescription really didn't change enough to justify new glasses. They could have pushed new glasses on me but were honest about my situation. I can't say enough good things about them.

Dr.Smith gave me a thorough exam. The selection of designer frames was just what I was looking for. Thank you Caleb for the wonderful service!

They're great! My family has been going to see the fantastic staff at Browns Eye Center for years. Every time I go, they're personal yet professional. They take the time to talk to me and learn my needs. They respect my time as well. I highly recommend the great folks at Browns Eye Center!

I have been dealing with major headaches waiting for my new glasses and they claim they texted. Whatever happened to calling people. What happened to being friendly. So if I didn't have a cell phone I would never get my glasses, I do not erase text and there is not one from them. I pay them too much for poor service on their part to continue to use them.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I went there today to see about getting my glasses. I was very disappointed with the service that I received and will never go back there to get glasses. I've been there before and the service was good. But I guess that has changed.
