I not only had expedient care for extreme eye pain, but received excellent care from setting the appointment, checking in, to examination, and diagnosis. I appreciated the welcoming reception, and friendly check-out! Dr John was very professional, reassuring, and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I felt not only seen as an individual, but confident in his plan. I recommend Dr. John on all levels of treatment!

Jada was wonderful doung my eye measurements! Made the visit very pleasant. Dr Moore has years of experience and is vety skilled. Also has a very comforting demeanor. Has helped thousands of people over the years. They are the best!!!

The staff is very professional and perform their jobs well. Dr Moore is absolutely the best. He genuinely cares about his patients and has a calming demeanor.

In fairness, I want to note that I did not see any doctors today. My one-star rating is due entirely to the lack of communication from the office staff. I scheduled this appointment back in October and clearly explained that I have a lazy eye (stenosis) and wanted to see a doctor who specializes in this condition. The person who scheduled my appointment assured me that they could set me up with the appropriate doctor. I live in Hawkinsville, which is an hour's drive one way. I took sick leave from work to attend this appointment. When I arrived and checked in, I again explained the reason for my visit. At that point, the receptionist informed me that the doctor who specializes in stenosis of the eye has not been in the office since April, but that I could still receive a routine eye exam. That was not the purpose of my visit. I was extremely disappointed to learn that I had wasted sick leave time and gas to drive to Macon for an appointment that should never have been scheduled. I clearly explained my needs when making the appointment, and proper communication from the staff would have prevented this situation entirely.

My husband and I had back to back appointments yesterday. The receptionist was very sweet and professional, the wait time wasn't bad, the tech was great very kind and considerate ( my husband has memory issues) ,the doctor was wonderful. Frankly I couldn't ask for better care.

Having neglected my vision health for a few years, I was reluctant to be seen. I was very pleased with the technicians who ran the tests and scans. They were all so nice and compassionate and helpful in explaining what was being done and why. I saw Dr. Finny John who was very helpful and articulate in explaining my issues and setting out our course of action. I liked him very much!

Staff is very professional and helpful. Wait time can be long but they are thorough in comprehensive eye care using quality equipment for testing. It takes a while to get a regular appointment so plan ahead.

Dr Taylor is knowledgeable, kind, aand patiently answered all my questions. He is a true Blessing..Highly recommend. Izzie was attentive and sweet a joyful young woman, great job!
