My First Time Visit To VISION EYE GROUP Today Was Extremely Pleasant And Went Very Well And Just Have To Say Was Extraudinary. Everyone From The Staff Up Front When I First Arrived Went Out Of Their Way To Be Nice Kind And Considerate And We're Helpful In Every Way. The Nursing Staff From The RN's, The NP Were Extremely Helpful In Every Way And Kind To Make Me Relaxed And Soothing. They Explained All The Procedures And Exam Test I Was Going Through. Made Me Feel Very Relaxed And Soothing. Not Sure If One Of Them Was An NP, But If So, She Was Very Kind As Well And Explained All Test And Procedures As She Was Performing Them , Very Kind In That Respect. Then Dr Breene Came In, Introduced Himself. Was Very Thoughough In Explaining All Procedures He Was Going To Do As Part Of My Check-up And Exam. Very Kind But Truly A Man Of His Expertise As He Kindly Explained All Results Of My Exam. Very Kind Too And Explanatory In All He Was Doing As He Went Through His Procedures Of My Exam According To The Results Of My Total Examination Done Today. For Me, I Appreciate That, He Was Very Kind And Precise As To Where We'll Be Going From Here Depending My Results From Some Other Test I May Need. Everyone Seemed To Go Out Of Their Way To Make My Visit Today As Pleasant As It Could Be. Even The Staff At The Check Out Desk Couldn't Have Been Any More Pleasant And Kind Then She Was. It Made All The Difference In The World. The Whole Vision Eye Group Staff Of Receptionist, Office Personnel, Nurses, NP's , And Dr Breene Were All Outstanding. They All Did Their Jobs Well And Deserve An Outstanding Ovation For Their Job Performace. I Would Recommend Vision Eye Group To Others In Need Of Their Eyes To Be Checked, Whatever It May Be...I Want To Give Them All From My Heart, All The Atta Girls And Atta Boy To Dr Breene For They All Deserve Them. I had my Catarac surgery with Dr.Boone and everything went well. Great Doctor and surgical staff!. Dr. Malone did my follow-up eye exam and he and staff were great!! I will continue going to Vision Eye Group. Very pleased with it all!

Dr Seth Murphy was the most knowledgeable OD I have been to! Him and the rest of the staff was wonderful! They had me in and out within 35 mins! That right there was amazing.

Vision Eye Group has the best Doctors AND staff. Evrryone is caring, nice and very professional. I would recommend them to everyone. Dr. Simmons is the best. The staff is polite and efficient, but be prepared to spend half a day there. My appointment was at 8:30. They called me back pretty quickly to do the preliminary scans and dilate my eyes. But then I sat in the hall for over an hour. Finally got to a room and sat for another half hour with no sign of the doctor. At 10:30 - - two hours past my appointment time - - I gave up and left. My time is valuable, too, and both I and the person who drove me, had jobs to get to. Fortunately, I was just getting a check up and it was not something urgent. At least, I hope there's nothing urgent, but I don't know since I never saw the doctor.

Excellent from beginning to end!!! Short waiting room time, pre-exam very organized and staff was very polite and caring. Actual time with Doctor was professional! Explanations were thorough and understandable with some visuals used for clarity. All questions were answered clearly. Dr. Murphy was knowledgeable, kind and personable!!!

I always have a wonderful experience when I come in to see Dr. Simmons each year. His staff in particular: Danielle, Barbie- so Happy to see her today, and the lovely check-out clerk display the characteristics Dr. Simmons well by treating others the way they would like to be treated! The entire office is caring, compassionate, and concerned about you and about your experience when you are there. In a world that is so dark, it's awesome see their Light shine so bright! Thank you!

I have never known such friendly, efficient, professional service could exist. Each step of the process was quickly and professionally performed. Short, if any, wait times were a pleasant surprise. Best of all were those staff members who made the whole experience even better. We are so happy to have picked VEG for our eye care.
