Dr. Felicity and Dr. Solomon both are GREAT optometrist but the staff is unprofessional and rude. The Office Manager speaks to clients as if she is parenting and the eye glass young lady refuse to return calls. I am waiting on glasses that cost $500 and it has been 3 weeks, no call back on a pick up date etc. I love the doctors but the staff needs Customer Service Courses

The receptionist is very unprofessional. Everything went well on my 1st visit so I had to come back for a follow up. Well I waited 1 hour and half past my appointment without anyone telling me the reason. When insurance does audititing, they ask the company do you let a patient know after 45 minutes of not being see the reason. This office did not. I had to go the receptionist who finally tells me I had 3 more people in front of me. She stated that was normal because you have to wait 2-3 hours there. I informed her that I never was told that because I would have scheduled my appt at a different time. I had to go back to work so I asked for something to show that I was there and she did not oblige but she took my copay and didn't refund it. NEVER will I go back there.

My 1st time and it was a disaster. First of all they rushed me through the registration process. I am used to an office where people greet you when you come in. This was not the case. I was put in a room that was obviously not clean after the last patient. I asked for another room and the doctor was not pleased. The staff, with the exception of one or two, including the doctor, were rude and unprofessional. No one introduced their self. The doctor didn't explain what she was doing. She just ordered tests and expected payment as ordered instead of at the end of the visit. When I asked about it, she said that I could get my money back and go to another physician. How rude was that. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. To make it so bad I was warned about her before I went. Needless to say, I should have listened. Do not, I repeat, do not go.to her. You will regret it.

I came to this location because I had an eye emergency. I didn't have insurance but they were able to fit me in the same day and made sure to check me out. They gave me a good price considering all the testing that was done and I am very grateful for my experience. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and kind. After further testing I am grateful to be doing better.

Dr. Felicity Quansah is a great ophthalmologist, she did a excellent job on the removal of my cataract! EVERYTHING looks so bright and clear. Thank you Dr. Quansah...Rosalyn B.

The staff members are very unprofessional, rude, and very disorganized. I requested my son's medical records and it took them over four months to gather it for me. They first gave an excuse that they were having trouble with their electronic systems, then they lost his files, then they mad eus come in to redo the testing. Now this whole process has already taken 3 months. I kept calling and stopping by to receive the files and there still was nothing. Finally, they were able to give it to me, but they gave me half ass paperwork. They only gave me three sheets which was the testing. I requested the files, doctors notes, and the history. PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ALLOW HER TO BE YOUR DOCTOR. YOU WILL END UP REGRETTING IT..... SAVE YOURSELF SOMETIME AND FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.

I was a new patient, did not have to wait past my appointment time. They called me back before I had the paperwork filled out. Great, sweet, caring, organized staff, loved them all. I give them a 10 and I'm very difficult to please. Thanks everyone, also for being so thorough, took all the worry away. Be blessed
