Dr. Baynham is top notch! He takes his time and explains things, he listens, and makes you feel heard- like he really cares. He is very knowledgeable and has a great "bedside manner." His staff is friendly, patient and are willing to listen to questions, as well! I love my visits with Dr. Baynam at Walton Eye Care.

Dr Baynham is the greatest. We were so hesitant about getting lasik done for our son but Dr B put our minds at ease. Surgery went great and our son can see so clearly. He is amazed at how great his eyesight is post surgery!! It's well worth the time and drive to go see him.

I had my ptosis surgery done and I couldn't be happier! I can go on and on about Dr. B Unfortunately , not enough room for excellence. Not only a great ophthalmologist but also a very talented surgeon. Blessed ! Thank you Dr. B and staff.

Not quite sure what happened. Some random guy halfheartedly looked at my eyes. I've been wearing glasses And contact lens for 40 years and I have never had such a rushed exam. This was my yearly exam following an episode of increased flashes in one eye that is know to have lattice degeneration. My eyes were not dilated, nor was pressure checked in my Eyes (family history of glaucoma).this has happened every time since I was a child. The doctor took one look in my eyes and said they looked fine without dilation. I said what about the lattice tear in my right eye how does it look. He then asked if I was having symptoms and I said yes flashes and his response was -"I'm going to have to charge this as medical" and with great disdain this doctor? Not sure who he was dilated my eyes looked and then and referred me immediately to a retina specialist. Horrible care from start to finish. I will NEVER be back. Sorry to be such a bother to the practice but you've lost our family's trust.

Dr. Baynham and his staff are awesome! I broke my glasses recently and they were able to see me within 3 days for an appt. and to order new glasses. Dr. Baynham did a thorough exam of my eyes and answered all my questions about cataract surgery and options for my age. Lisa was so helpful in picking out a great new pair of glasses! We are lucky to have this group in Monroe! 5 Stars for me!

My husband, son and I all go to Dr. Baynham. It is a drive of an hour and a half to get to his office from our home, but well worth it! I've been to many eye doctors over the years as I have worn contacts since I was a teen. Dr. Baynham is polite, professional and thorough. We highly recommend him. We have also purchased glasses through his optical shop and have found their prices to be very competitive. They've even accommodated us by making our glasses while we waited so we didn't have to return. Great experience!

My husband, children and myself have been patients of Walton Eye Care for years. We have never had anything but fantastic experiences. The staff is always professional and friendly. Dr. Baynham is both caring and a skilled surgeon. (In addition to our family's normal eyecare, he did my LASIK surgery a few years ago). They also have a great optical shop and have even found us specialty glasses for various sports.
