Dr. Baynum is amazing. He takes the time to listen and seems to actually care about working on your vision rather than just get you in and out like many doctors seem to do these days. All of the nurses are always friendly as well, and the glasses center there is too. The are very good at communication when things are ready, appointment reminders, etc. I also love the low wait times to get to the back which also seems to be rare these days. This is a great office all around.

Struggling with vision has always been a battle I have had to fight. I have been to many eye Doctor's throughout the entirety of my life. After finding Dr. Baynham I will no longer see anyone else. He is the Best hands down and always honest with me about my options. The office staff and a lady named Lisa has always put me first and worked with me with all my vision needs. My children now see them and they also feel comfortable and love their eye appointments. I drive over an hour and it's worth it. Can't say enough nice things about Dr. B and his staff.

Walton Eye Care is the BEST! Dr B an his staff go above an beyond to help. They are very professional an love what they do. I drive from Royston, Georgia to Monroe because that is how good they are. I am diabetic an have an eye bleed an have for a few years now. I truly believe Dr. B. has saved my eye sight with all his care an compassion.

Appointment makers need to be trained properly. I shouldn't get cheated out of my eye glass eligibility due to their ignorance or unethical methods. When booking I was assured they took my son's insurance. I went elsewhere for eyeglasses after their shop informed me I wasn't in network for vision insurance only the exam was. I had to go through the trouble of finding another office which could help in my situation and paid $100 total with add ons out of pocket which would have been 100% covered if not for there mistakes! Terrible experience and cost me my time.
Edit** their solution to me was an economical offer price starting at $150.

I have been to hundreds of doctors office Treated the way this office. The doctor could care less for his patience first of all the language he uses is completely unprofessional the way I watch him talk to his staff is completely unprofessional. Now I understand why it's impossible to get a phone call back from the staff. Also, if you leave a negative review, the doctor refused to work with you. I've been trying to schedule a second surgery for my eye for almost 2 months. The staff keeps scheduling the wrong appointment time times that they're not even open. They keep saying they're calling me back and they're calling my spouse back not a single phone call. I don't even know if they're actually Operating a legitimate business here. If I was a patient I'd be very concerned. I would definitely move on to another eye doctor, completely unprofessional, and very disappointing.

I've been leaving messages for days about scheduling the surgery with absolutely no response. Every time I go in, they schedule my appointment for the wrong time. They schedule my appointment for a time when they're not even open I have told them about this more than four different times and still no correction. The only reason I'm leaving a two star review is because the doctor is really good.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Stephen Baynham and his team. Dr. Baynham is an amazing doctor -- he was so attentive, patient, and thorough during my visit. He carefully checked my eye and made sure everything was okay, which gave me so much peace of mind. His professionalism and caring nature truly stand out.
The front desk staff is just as wonderful. Abigail was incredibly patient, kind, and loving.
Overall, this office goes above and beyond with both care and kindness. I highly recommend Dr. Baynham!
