I had such a great experience at the Vision Center at Walmart, all thanks to Pam! She was super friendly, patient, and really made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her stuff. It's not every day you get that kind of service. If you need anything eye-related, definitely go see Pam she's awesome!

I was very impressed with the Vision Center at WalMart. It was easy to schedule an appointment at a time when the optometrist was on site. Dr. Donald was very thorough and clearly explained the test results and recommendation in language I could understand. Everyone there was polite and professional; I recommend them highly! 6/05/24 addendum: I want to add that Natalia (the tech who executed my vision testing) was also top notch. She is a skilled technician, proficient in the various eye tests, with a professional yet also friendly personality that will immediately put you at ease. The entire team at the Monroe WalMart Vision Center is outstanding!

Very poor communication. I ordered contacts. After a month of not knowing if the contacts are in,I called and the contacts were in!!! No one called to inform me. This Walmart needs to have a full time ( not part time) doctor on staff.

Was definitely impressed today with Shondell, we showed up right as they were closing and she still took the time to fix my daughters glasses. She also took the time to help us look for frames she used to have. She never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience.

I am very disappointed with my experiance with WAL-MART vision center. Long story short, they scratched my lenses and frames during adjustments, they can't get adjustments right after many times returning to the store. then frames I ordered was messed up, twice. After all my trouble I was told oh well nothing else they can do for me. Then I can't even get a call from upper management. Will never go to another walmart vision center again.
