Usually a good Dr to see but by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the phone just now with triage. If she is that miserable of a person I would recommend she find a new job and absolutely not be on the phone talking to patients.

On May 5th 2025 Dr Richmond with the Pooler office and his staff performed cataracts surgery on my left eye a month before he and staff did the same on my right eye. Dr. Richmond and his staff with the staff at Effingham Hospital did a great job and was great from the office people to the hospital staff and everyone between was fantastic and I cannot thank them enough from my heart Thank y'all so very much . I recommend them very strongly . Thank y'all again great job everyone
