Brilliant Eyes Vision Center

This is a great eye doctor. Her staff is very cordial and welcoming and the doctor is very thorough in her examination. She takes time to explain to you what is going on and what she suggests should be done to remedy the situation. I've been with her a number of years. She is so good I don't mind traveling from Jonesboro (29 miles) to Smyrna because I know I'm going to get quality service. Now my husband is also one of her patients.

Excellent experience from making the initial appointment to picking up my glasses. I was in desperate need of a new eye doctor & a new pair of glasses The doctor was very professional & took time and actually explained what was going on with my eyes. The entire off staff was professional & friendly. Nice selection of glasses in the main area. This will be my eye doctor from here out.

Edit as of 03/05/2026: I appreciated how Jimmy, the office manager, was proactive in ensuring I received my glasses amidst shipping delay issues. He worked on getting them expedited through another shipper and I received them yesterday. I gave him a bit of hell but he managed and upheld the most professionalism even with how much I tried him. Thank you so much! I had an appointment on February 10; standard and seamless process (I do think the doctor herself could be a bit more friendlier), and was told my glasses would be ready within 7-10 business days. I paid in full at the time of service. It is now March 1 and I still have not received them. I called on February 27 and was told a general manager would follow up with me regarding the delay, but no one reached out. The only updates I've received have been when I contacted the office myself. I understand that shipping delays can happen. However, the lack of proactive communication and failure to follow through is disappointing -- especially as a first-time patient who paid in full upfront. At minimum, customers deserve clear updates and timely follow-up. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication and accountability.

My first time here. The office was very clean. The staff and Dr. Janelle were very kind. I will be back for all my yearly eye exams.

My first time visiting. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mody was amazing. She truly showed that she cared. Will be taking my daughter and husband for their eye exam. Highly recommend!

Dr.Davison is a the titan of industry. The location was easily accessible, eacb staff member had exceptional "bed side manner" and clear communication. Dr. Davison ensured a thorough exam with realistic care plans moving forward. Wonderful retail selection of frames to choose from. I will definitely return and share with others.

Great experience. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable! I didn't have to wait more then 5 minutes during any part of the visit, from check in, to initial testing, to seeing the Doctor. I didn't feel rushed or pressure. Everyone listened to my needs and gave me opportunities to share concerns and questions. There wasn't even pressure to get my glass there. They were Great Great great!!!

The staff is so amazing. From the moment you walk in to when they take you back. They listen to your concerns and make helpful recommendations. I saw Dr. Mody today and she was wonderful. She answered all my questions. I always feel confident that I am in the best care. Also the selection of glasses are just wow
