Spectacle - Smyrna

This was so convenient and I had a great experience! The entire staff was super attentive and friendly, and the doctor was awesome: patient, welcoming, clear explanations, and constantly asked if I had questions. The staff and I had a good time picking out glasses, and they helped me get the most bang for my buck which is so great because I have a very strong prescription. Scheduling the appointment was so easy too which was refreshing; it can be so hard to get into a doctor's office. I'll definitely return for my next appointment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Barron at Spectacle. She took her time to explain different results from my eye exam and was patient while I tried out different contacts and gave useful feedback. She was extremely kind and caring and I would highly recommend!

Great customer service and friendly staff. The 2 stars is not for the staff. It is more for the store. Corporate needs to do better on how they service new business and current customers. Pricing plays a huge concern regarding this matter. Appointment was set for mid-day in advance which was great. Yet no follow up calls or text for confirmation. When it came down to leaving, you can see the lack in training. We were not offered fitting for new glasses, even after asking a hand full of questions regarding the glasses on display and how long is the turn around to receive a pair after I order. I did like the promo that was offered by target for percentage off on eyewear, but which one is being offered? How can you sell me a product and not put effort into the job. To be clear, it was only 2 staff members, my son, myself and 2 others that wanted to check for damages on their lenses. Very disappointed and definitely not returning. Last thing I must go again to another location because the job was not completed fully due to not having the fit of the glasses. Also, the eye placement for the lenses. I did not request for contacts, and I am under the impression that the information provided is only for contact fitting orders. Why would I be looking at smart glasses for purchase and walk out with another product that I was not searching or asking for.

From the optical assistants welcoming me and confirming insurance coverage to the kind doctor taking the time to fully evaluate and explain things to me- this experience was top tier. Thank you, Smyrna Target Optical team!

This is my favorite place to get my contacts and glasses. The doctor is very knowledgeable and makes sure she answers any/all questions you have. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I look forward to my next appt, which I so crazy to say but true.

Best customer experience ! It is just rarely to be in a place where one feels that one matters. I come back every year for new glasses. Just great work.
