Unfortunately, the intake staff did not provide accurate information about their practice when I called despite me asking them to verify a few times. I specifically asked about scheduling a medical exam with an ophthalmology practice not for an eyeglasses exam. When I showed up for the appt, they had me scheduled for an exam with a tech for eyeglasses. Additionally, the front entrance to the building was closed and under construction. The staff never thought to be courteous enough to inform a new patient to go the back entrance and how to navigate through their building. This was a waste of my time as they did not listen to my needs.

My eye exam was efficient, though Dr. Jagrath did 't rush through my appointment. She took time to talk through all the questions I asked. I felt no pressure to buy my new prescription through them.

I've never used them but I used the eye associates next to ingles in locust grove. I was told these people have my records and eye exam. I have called 3 times and put off, I've emailed 3 or 4 times no answer back.
This is poor customer service the ladies I spoke too assured they would take care of this and get my information to me.hasn't happened still, I mean this is going over 6 mth. I hope they read this I just want my stuff

I was nervous going to a new eye place for my eye exam however, this office did not disappoint! They have friendly staff in person and over the phone. When you call, you are easily connected to a person instead of an automated assistant. This was also the fastest eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Jaglan is nice, professional, and I can tell she knows what she is doing! I am extremely pleased with my new eye doctor!!
