I had an appointment with Dr Thornton originally I had hope Dr. Rothbloom would be available but he was not. Regardless I truly felt I was in good hands! Dr Thornton is wonderful she made me feel like I was her only patient. She went over every step of my eye exam! I adore Dr Rothbloom and now I adore Dr Thornton! Just wonderful! Wow wow and wow. I been to Marietta eye clinic the last 10 years. I changed because they were to busy not listening to me . I am so glad I switched to Dr. Rothbloom. He is the best doctor. He answered all my questions and took his time and listened. I felt like I was the only patient in the office. I did not feel rushed at all . He even did his own contact fitting . I was so impressed I will NEVER go to anybody else and to top it off his whole staff is amazing A++. If you go there you will not be disappointed. Thanks you guys. My whole visit was covered by eyemed and I can see better now than I EVER did . Thanks again for the great service

Outstanding service and care! Today I injured my eye, immediately called the closest optometrist, Rothbloom, but got their voice mail. Before I could call the next closest office, they had called me back, expertly resolved my insurance, and worked me in within the hour. The front desk, intake staff, and doctor were all friendly, caring, professional, and thorough. I look forward to making Rothbloom my new home for eye care!

10/10 experience with Jose, Dr. Gilliam, and Tu today! I've never had a more pleasant eye exam. Jose broke everything down: what each test does, how it works, and why it matters. His tips for eye care? Top tier. Dr. Gilliam was clear, personable, and right on time. No wait. Tu helped me pick the cutest glasses with zero pressure - just good vibes and great options. No upselling, no stress. And, they had my lenses in stock, so I left with new glasses same day! It's giving boutique energy, not chain chaos. Can't wait to go back!

Great eye doctor. Honestly fantastic optometrist. But be wary if you decide to buy sunglasses from them. They use their own custom lens shop that doesn't even look remotely close to the manufacturer lenses. When we got them and asked why the lenses looked so different the helper tried to gaslight me a little by insisting the "polarization" made them look different. Regular glasses are totally fine and great eye doctor there. But sunglasses are expensive and you should know that before you buy

I had an appointment here today and waited almost an hour and a half before I even got back to see Dr. Rothbloom. I then had to wait another 40 minutes to get my eyes tested for any abnormalities (which they said I had to get even though I told them I just wanted my eye exam and this test was always negative for me for abnormalities). After waiting, I finally was able to "pick" glasses, but when I did so, the lady who was working on helping me assess the cost of my glasses, went to service another customer. Completely ignoring me until Andrea came by and asked if I needed help. Aside from the horrendous wait times, and me feeling like I was tossed around between staff, there was also a dog walking around the office -- around customers-- with zero regard of the customers. I'm serverly allergic to pet hair and dander so I wasn't happy when my 2 hrs of waiting also included 2 hrs of having a dog walking around. Yuck and very unprofessional. As for the glasses selections itself, the office was very limited. I asked to see glasses my insurance would cover (frames less than $200) and they showed me 2 cabinets of maybe 30 glasses total. This included kids frames, which I wasn't in need of. This was nothing in terms of selection when the entire office had big displays of Kendra Scott, Calvin Klein, etc. Nothing like that for less than $200 though so keep that in mind. Save yourself the time. There's tons of better places with way better options. Hopefully Rothbloom can get to the bottom of his wait times amongst customers.
