Please note that this is not a reflection of the actual office (exams or doctors) and only a review for the glasses section. I have been going here for over 10 years and I'm quite annoyed by their lack of professionalism and organization. In December. I got my eye exam and new prescription for glasses. I picked out the frame that I wanted. The frame was displayed in shades and I wanted the eyeglasses in that particular frame. I waited,,,,they called me and told me that the glasses were ready to be picked up. I went to pick up the glasses and they were the wrong frame. No worries. Mistakes happen (notice that I did not give them a raw review at that time).They would fix it and give me another call. They called me yesterday and told me my glasses were in. Great! I'm leaving out of the country tomorrow and would love to have them. Just left there and still no glasses. Why? Because they asked me for the glasses (assuming that I took the wrong glasses with me-I did not!!!). NO notes in the system, no documentation of what is going on. What made it worse is the Manager asking me to calm down, like as if it was him that took time out of his day TWICE ( I left work both time-and I work in Midtown) to not get the glasses I paid for and ordered. WRONG Twice and not even an apology from him. I asked him to simple cancel the order and I would get my glasses elsewhere. He said that was not an option. I guess my gas is free. I would never use them again. Sad. He made the decision, not me. One my way home now ,,,,, and they just called me to tell me that they found the glasses that I supposedly had taken, and I could come and get them. My time, my gas, their unorganized, dysfunctional office. All at my expenses. UPDATE: 4:30 pm today A lovely lady from the store came to my house and delivered the glasses.

Very friendly, professional, honest, trustworthy staff. Extremely clean, modern office with state of the art modalities. I am moving out of state and will miss Dr Harper and this practice very much. Our family of four have all been going to this practice for about ten years.

I had a great experience at Smyrna Eye Group. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming, which made check-in easy and stress-free. The rest of the staff and the doctors were also extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. Overall, a very positive visit and I would definitely recommend them!

This is my fourth year coming here with my family. My experience is always top notch. The staff are very friendly and work well to get the three of us in and out. We are not rushed when selecting glasses and the exams are not rushed although there is three of us. I would totally recommend Smyrna Eye Group.

I went in because my right lens in my reading glasses had weakened. Initial contact was with a young gal who told me my cost would be $50. Long story short it ended up $160 plus on top of that they were going to try to get money from my insurance. Finally they tried to sell me new lenses for my reading glasses. $320! A 3 week wait AND if my frames got lost/damaged not their problem.

Be warned, Smyrna eye group cares only about how much they can get you to spend, not about customer satisfaction at all. I came into Smyrna eye group to have new lenses put in an existing frame. I had to sign a waiver since the frame was not from their office but was told that i was only waiving damage done during shipping. During the install the group broke my frames which were very expensive and only offered a discount on a replacement. The person who called to inform me of this was not at all apologetic and seemed to not care in the slightest that they had broken my frames. I will absolutely never shop or get eye tests through this group as well.

I had an appointment at this location and arrived 7 minutes late. They refused to see me, stating that they do not have a grace period. A patient in front of me also delayed my check-in time. The manager said that there was nothing he could do about it. After driving across town to make the appointment and finding out there are no more appointments for the year, I am highly disappointed with this establishment's policy. It does not make sense. My daughter's appointment was at 2, but she wasn't called until after two, and because it's the end of the year, I would lose my benefits. Please beaware before scheduling an appointment with this business.

I have been going to this eye clinic, Smyrna Eye Group for five years. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is always willing to help with any questions, glasses repair, purchases, and the front desk staff will make your service at ease upon your arrival. The staff serve with a smile. 100%
