Dr. Alan Faulkner and his team are A++. Like a well-oiled machine, they are super efficient and have every single question answered and every action covered before you even ask. Everyone is warm and efficient: I always felt like I was in good hands. The professionalism of everyone, from top to bottom, is impressive, but most importantly, my cataract surgeries were easy and successful. and I am so pleased with the results. I still have a few appointments to go for fine-tuning my vision, but this whole experience has been amazing. Mahalo nui to the entire Aloha Laser Team!

Great service all around! I was pretty nervous and they were super patient and helpful in making sure I was taken care of! The team is great! And Dr. Faulkner makes a great treat for procedure day! They have simple and easy to follow instructions for before and after surgery, follow up is on point. They are a well oiled machine that has made thoughtful planning to make sure you're comfortable. Every step of the process for my vision exam felt seamless, from the scheduling, to the intake, assessment, and prescription. I was in and out of the office in exactly 30 minutes, but I felt listened to and not rushed when I asked after some health concerns and received thoughtful answers. This is an extra great place if you're a woman looking for a practice located in a secured building with kind and knowledgeable female providers. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I'm so happy I trusted them - this was the most pleasant medical experience I've ever had! I barely even noticed the surgery (not because of my poor vision, haha, but because they made the whole experience so seamless). I recently had cataract surgery at Aloha Laser & I would HIGHLY recommend Aloha Laser! The entire office & staff are extremely professional & knowledgeable. From the time you check in at the front office, you are greeted with a warm smile to the MAs who do the prescreening in your eye exam. And, the financial coordinators who go over the cost & the eye drop regimen are fantastic! All the Optometrist (Dr Jordan, Dr Mau & Dr Hanohano-Hong) are very knowledgeable & personable. Of course Dr Faulkner is fabulous. The procedure itself was very quick. He is a pro!! This clinic definitely provides white glove service from the moment you walk into the clinic. Don't hesitate to go to Aloha Laser Vision to get your eyes checked out. You won't regret it!!

Highly recommend everything from my monovision LASIK experience with Dr. Faulkner, Dr. Jordan, Dr. Liz and their caring and knowledgeable technicians and staff. Initially I felt a tad apprehensive about the general idea of having eye surgery, but now very glad to have invested in this procedure and choosing Dr. Faulkner and his practice at Aloha Laser Vision. Very much appreciate Dr. Faulkner's expertise and feedback about trying monovision lasik. Also grateful for all the diligently detailed prep and aftercare instructions and advice provided by the patient care team. I previously had very bad myopia and used contact lenses regularly for more than 25+ years. I began developing presbyopia in the last few years, wearing reading glasses along with contact lenses.
