Dr. Sweeney is knowledgeable, competent, and nice. He is open to questions & kindly explains procedures and options. I am still awaiting the second half of a procedure to address the same eyelid. This reflects an insurance efficiency failing, not Dr. Sweeney's ability. I trust that he will help me with my eyelid issue.
His assistant is cheerful and puts me at ease while prepping for my procedure.
The office reception staff is fine, but could be friendlier in person and on the phone. They don't seem to want to provide any information or instructions beyond the bare minimum. Perhaps it's a personality thing. At any rate, I don't really feel welcomed to be a patient by them.

Walked in on time, the office immediately directed me to an exam room, when does that ever happen? The doctor came in a few minutes later ready to help and advise me on my needs. It was very professional, respectful, I felt cared for, and I appreciate the openness and honesty. Dr Sweeney was super nice and very easy to understand. All my questions were answered and I left without any concerns. And just a brief compliment to the staff also. They are all super nice and very easy to work with, especially as a new patient. Mahalo

Great experience. Blepharoplasty upper lids. Had been in denial. "Don't need that." Reality made me do it. Sooo much better now. More light in my eyes makes reading easier and I don't get tired and eyelids don't droop anymore. Sooo much better now. Should have done it earlier.

Was impressed with the office staff and Dr Sweeney. I have been dealing with an issue for many months and my specialist referred me to Dr Sweeney. I am very nervous for anything related to my eyes and scared of going blind. This probably makes me a challenging patient. Dr Sweeney was patient and seemed to ask all the right questions! The exam did not hurt at all, my usual eye exams are painful.
My one concern is when I get the bill! Hopefully the tests are covered. He did an eye sonogram and tear test. The eye moisture test usually is painful like sandpaper in your eye, this one took seconds and no pain. The sonogram also didn't hurt at all. Will update when I get the bill. Extremely happy for now.
