I had such a great experience at LensCrafters Ala Moana! I went in for an eye exam since it had been about three years, and also scheduled a fitting/consultation and estimate for a new pair of glasses. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free.
The environment was very clean, organized, and sanitary, which I really appreciated. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient--they got me in and out without ever sacrificing quality or care.
A huge shoutout to Alexa, the sales associate, who absolutely made my day. She took the time to sit with me, get to know exactly what I was looking for, and genuinely looked out for my best interest and my wallet (which I very much appreciated, lol). She pulled several options, gave honest input, and went above and beyond to help me find a pair I was 100% happy with.

I had such a great experience with Mason at LensCrafters - Ala Moana. I called earlier in the day because my daughter's glasses were loose and slightly bent, and Mason was kind enough to let me know to come by so he could take a look.
When we arrived, he was actually the one who greeted us and helped us right away. He was incredibly friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and fixed the glasses without any issues. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
