Pearle Vision

I've been a loyal Pearle Vision customer for the past three years, and this is the fourth pair of glasses I've purchased from them. The reason I keep coming back is the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team--especially the store manager, Tiffany Carreiro. From my very first visit, Tiffany has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep knowledge, and a genuine willingness to help. She answered all my questions thoroughly and guided me in selecting frames that perfectly matched my prescription. I never realized how many factors go into choosing the right frames, and Tiffany made the process easy and enjoyable. Over the years, I've visited several optical centers, from military facilities to big-name retailers, and without a doubt, Pearle Vision has delivered the best overall experience--top-quality lenses and frames, excellent service, and reliable follow-up care. I'm a strong advocate for great customer service, and Tiffany consistently provides it to every customer. She is the reason people return to update their prescriptions. Pearle Vision is fortunate to have her as a manager and leader at the NEX location. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly well-trained, which speaks to Tiffany's leadership and the positive work environment she fosters. Lauri and Tiffany provide excellent customer service. Both are knowledgeable about their work, friendly, and willing to help if I had any questions. I appreciate the information they provided and feel confident about knowing what I could do to take care of my glasses on my own. It was a great visit. Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She helped me get my new glasses and treated me like family from start to finish. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable with my choice. Her customer service was a perfect 10/10. My appt over all was great! Tiffany helped me pick out glasses. I had to many choices and I needed an opinion. She was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with all the information I was given for warranty and care of my new glasses. Would absolutely recommend this location all around. The entire staff was kind and helpful.

This is the first review I have ever written. I was so impressed with the customer service at Pearle Vision that everyone needs to know! Laurie greeted me when I entered and pointed guided me to the type of frames I was interested in. Then she let me alone for awhile. No hard sell or re direct. I know she was watching as I narrowed the choice of frame she showed up and assisted. Two different styles and she let me know which frame complimented my face better. Tiffany also assisted with insurance information! They work fabulously as a team. If you are looking for a pair of glasses Laurie and Tiffany are knowledgeable, super friendly and attentive. You cant go wrong! Best retail experience ever. Also Pearle Vision frames are laid out in men's and women's section not like the other crafter stores. 5 stars from me!

Overall great experience at Pearle Vision! It was my daughter's first time getting glasses and we were nervous. Dave helped me on the phone prior to our visit & gave us a lot of good information. Tiffany was so nice and friendly when we came to the store, my daughter really liked her and felt so excited to try on some glasses. Tiffany also gave us a lot of good information about insurance and different coverages for the future. Dave helped us get measured and explained the different promotions to best fit our budget. I loved that no one rushed us and helped us when we needed it. Tiffany and Dave were also so understanding about our situation (budget-wise) and also that I had to take care of my 2 little boys during the visit. We received the glasses order really quick and my daughter is so excited to wear them and see the board at school! Mahalo Pearle Vision!

I want to thank Lauri and Tiffany for the amazing help and wonderful service they provided! It's been a long time since I've had glasses and I'm really happy with them. They adjusted the fit for me until it was perfect and told me how to take care of them so they wouldn't be damaged. Amazing job 10/10 would go with them again!

Tiffany was amazing help. She was very knowledgeable technically about glasses and of the plans available to federal workers was able to help me maximize my benefit to get me what I needed. She made what can be daunting fun. Top rate service. I would go back to her and recommend her to my friends.
