Everyone there was very kind and professional as well as knowledgeable. The doctor seemed to actually care and wasn't trying to rush me through as some places do. It was an enjoyable experience. The people out in the eye glass area were also great, very kind and helpful but not pushy trying to get me to buy anything which I really appreciated.

When we showed up to our appointment the optometrist was extremely kind and very helpful. The doctor that did my eye-exam was very thorough and nice. Dr Fredericksen was very professional and thorough. I appreciate that they don't charge a separate fee for the Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) retina scan. Our hometown eye center charges a separate fee of $30 for that scan. Very happy that they accept VSP vision insurance. We visited the Eyemart Express location in Meridian. Our overall experience was fantastic.
